【摘要】：目的:探討人格特征和血脂水平對(duì)心絞痛患者心肌酶的影響。方法:采用調(diào)查法對(duì)45例不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛患者、60例穩(wěn)定型心絞痛患者和50例健康人進(jìn)行A型和D型人格問卷檢測(cè),同時(shí)檢測(cè)血脂、肌鈣蛋白(ICTNI)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)、乳酸脫氫酶(LDH)及乳酸脫氫酶1(LDH_1)水平。結(jié)果:與穩(wěn)定型心絞痛和健康對(duì)照組比較,不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛患者血清高密度脂蛋白水平顯著降低;A型人格和D型人格得分、血清心肌酶水平顯著升高。血清高密度脂蛋白水平與LDH_1顯著負(fù)相關(guān),時(shí)間緊迫感與血清LDH、LDH_1水平顯著正相關(guān),競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和敵意與血清LDH水平顯著正相關(guān);D型人格特征與血清心肌酶水平無顯著相關(guān)。高密度脂蛋白、時(shí)間緊迫感、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和敵意對(duì)心肌酶的效應(yīng)值分布在0.125-0.039之間,為中等和較小效應(yīng)值。結(jié)論:血清高密度脂蛋白、時(shí)間緊迫感和敵意與冠心病心肌損傷密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of personality and lipid levels on myocardial enzymes in patients with angina pectoris. Methods: 45 patients with unstable angina pectoris, 60 patients with stable angina pectoris and 50 healthy persons were investigated with type A and D personality questionnaires. Blood lipid and troponin (ICTNI), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CKMB), were also detected. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and lactate dehydrogenase 1 (LDH_1) levels. Results: compared with stable angina pectoris and healthy control group, the serum HDL level of unstable angina pectoris patients was significantly lower, and the scores of type A personality and D personality, serum myocardial enzyme level were significantly increased. Serum HDL level was negatively correlated with LDH_1, time urgency was positively correlated with serum LDH,LDH_1 level, competition and hostility were positively correlated with serum LDH level. There was no significant correlation between type D personality traits and serum myocardial enzyme level. The effects of high density lipoprotein (HDL), time urgency, competition and hostility on myocardial enzymes ranged from 0.125-0.039, which were moderate and small. Conclusion: high density lipoprotein (HDL), time urgency and hostility are closely related to myocardial injury in coronary heart disease.
