【摘要】：目的:觀察應(yīng)用鹽酸甲氧氯普胺注射液預(yù)防ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者急診經(jīng)皮冠狀動脈介入治療(PCI)術(shù)中及術(shù)后嘔吐的療效。方法:選擇2014年1月至2016年4月進入我院的急診STEMI,并需要進行PCI治療的患者132例,隨機分為觀察組和對照組。觀察組患者PCI術(shù)前即給予鹽酸甲氧氯普胺注射液做嘔吐的預(yù)防治療;對照組不給予預(yù)防治療,如出現(xiàn)癥狀再給予相應(yīng)的對癥治療。觀察術(shù)中及術(shù)后24 h內(nèi)嘔吐的例數(shù)、頻次、持續(xù)時間及其嚴重程度。結(jié)果:觀察組術(shù)中和術(shù)后24 h內(nèi)發(fā)生嘔吐的患者數(shù)、嘔吐的發(fā)生率及嘔吐持續(xù)的時間均顯著的低于對照組,觀察組術(shù)后24 h內(nèi)的嘔吐嚴重程度評分顯著的低于對照組,差異均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,P0.05。結(jié)論:SEMI急診PCI術(shù)前預(yù)防性應(yīng)用鹽酸甲氧氯普胺注射液,可顯著的減少患者術(shù)中及術(shù)后嘔吐的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of metoclopramide hydrochloride injection on the prevention of vomiting during and after ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) by percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods: from January 2014 to April 2016, 132 patients with emergency STEMI, who were admitted to our hospital and needed to be treated with PCI were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group. The patients in the observation group were given metoclopramide hydrochloride injection to prevent vomiting immediately before PCI, while the control group was not given preventive treatment, and the corresponding symptomatic treatment was given if symptoms appeared. The number, frequency, duration and severity of vomiting during operation and 24 hours after operation were observed. Results: the number of patients with vomiting during operation and 24 hours after operation, the incidence of vomiting and the duration of vomiting in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the scores of the severity of vomiting in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group within 24 hours after operation. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the prophylactic use of metoclopramide hydrochloride injection before SEMI emergency PCI can significantly reduce the incidence of vomiting during and after operation.
