【摘要】：目的探討血清腱糖蛋白-C(TN-C)在老年風(fēng)心病患者中的水平變化及其意義。方法選取134例老年風(fēng)心病患者(風(fēng)心病組)作為研究對(duì)象,同期正常體檢健康人群60例作為對(duì)照組,分別檢測(cè)兩組血清TN-C、氨基末端B型利鈉肽前體(NT-proBNP)及心功能指標(biāo),探討血清TN-C水平與老年風(fēng)心病患者心功能的關(guān)系。結(jié)果風(fēng)心病組患者的血清TN-C、NT-proBNP水平均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);風(fēng)心病心功能Ⅰ級(jí)、Ⅱ級(jí)患者血清NT-proBNP水平顯著低于Ⅲ級(jí)、Ⅳ級(jí)(P0.05),Ⅲ級(jí)心功能患者的血清NT-proBNP水平顯著低于Ⅳ級(jí)(P0.05);風(fēng)心病患者的血清TN-C與NT-proBNP水平、LVEDd呈顯著正相關(guān)(P0.05),與LVEF、左室短軸縮短率、心臟指數(shù)呈顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論老年風(fēng)心病患者血清TN-C水平顯著升高,與心功能變化具有一定的相關(guān)性,對(duì)患者的診治具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes and significance of serum tendonin-C (TN-C) in elderly patients with rheumatic heart disease. Methods 134 patients with rheumatic heart disease (rheumatic heart disease group) and 60 healthy subjects (control group) were selected as control group. Serum TN-C, amino-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide precursor (NT-proBNP) and cardiac function were measured in two groups.
