【摘要】：目的探討動態(tài)心電圖在老年心源性暈厥中的診斷價值。方法回顧性分析兵器工業(yè)衛(wèi)生研究所2013年7月—2016年12月收治的老年患者120例,分為暈厥組(n=26)和未暈厥組(n=94)。比較兩組患者心律失常類型及R-R間期。結(jié)果暈厥組患者心律失常發(fā)生率高于未暈厥組,R-R間期大于未暈厥組(P0.05)。18例暈厥患者中,心室停搏時間3.0 s共發(fā)生28次,其中12次發(fā)生暈厥;而心室停搏時間3.0 s共發(fā)生130次,無1次發(fā)生暈厥。結(jié)論慢性心律失常是引起老年人心源性暈厥的主要原因,心室停搏時間3 s與老年心源性暈厥相關(guān),且動態(tài)心電圖可作為診斷心源性暈厥的可靠方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diagnostic value of ambulatory electrocardiogram (ECG) in aged patients with cardiogenic syncope. Methods A retrospective analysis of 120 elderly patients admitted from July 2013 to December 2016 in the Institute of Arms Industry Health was conducted and divided into two groups: syncope group (n = 26) and unsyncope group (n = 94). The type of arrhythmia and R-R interval were compared between the two groups. Results the incidence of arrhythmia in the syncope group was higher than that in the non-syncope group, and R-R interval was higher than that in the non-syncope group (P0.05). No syncope occurred once. Conclusion chronic arrhythmia is the main cause of cardiogenic syncope in the elderly. Ventricular arrest time of 3 s is associated with senile cardiogenic syncope, and dynamic electrocardiogram can be used as a reliable method for the diagnosis of cardiogenic syncope.
