【摘要】：目的探討中國漢族人群載脂蛋白C3(ApoC3)基因rs5128多態(tài)性與不同體質指數(shù)(BMI)冠心病(CHD)患者血脂水平及冠狀動脈狹窄程度的相關性。方法根據(jù)BMI將312例CHD患者分為正常體重組(205例)和超重/肥胖組(107例)。收集所有患者的生理生化資料和冠狀動脈造影數(shù)據(jù),采用Gensini評分法評價CHD患者的冠狀動脈狹窄程度。提取外周血白細胞DNA并應用聚合酶鏈反應-限制性片段長度多態(tài)性法對ApoC3rs5128多態(tài)性分型。結果超重/肥胖組體重、BMI、高血壓患病率、甘油三酯(TG)、脂蛋白a、TG/高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDLC)、總膽固醇(TC)/HDLC、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDLC)/HDLC和載脂蛋白B100(ApoB100)/載脂蛋白AI(ApoAⅠ)水平高于正常體重組,HDLC和ApoAⅠ水平低于正常體重組(P0.05)。在正常體重組中,G等位基因攜帶者高血壓患病率顯著高于CC基因型患者(P0.05);在超重/肥胖組中,G等位基因攜帶者TG和TG/HDLC水平顯著高于CC基因型患者(P0.05)。在正常體重組和超重/肥胖組中,rs5128多態(tài)性基因型和等位基因頻率在不同冠狀動脈狹窄程度亞組中的分布差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論在超重/肥胖CHD患者中,rs5128多態(tài)性G等位基因與血漿TG和TG/HDLC水平升高顯著相關,但與冠狀動脈狹窄程度無明顯關聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between rs5128 polymorphism of apolipoprotein C3 (ApoC3) gene and serum lipids and coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) with different body mass index (BMI). Methods according to BMI, 312 patients with CHD were divided into normal weight group (205 cases) and overweight / obesity group (107 cases). The physiological and biochemical data and coronary angiography data of all patients were collected and the degree of coronary artery stenosis in CHD patients was evaluated by Gensini scoring method. DNA was extracted from peripheral blood leukocytes and genotyped by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (ApoC3rs5128). Results the prevalence of BMI, hypertension and body weight in overweight / obesity group was higher than that in control group.
