載脂蛋白C3基因rs5128多態(tài)性與不同體質(zhì)指數(shù)冠心病患者血脂水平及冠狀動(dòng)脈狹窄程度的相關(guān)性

【摘要】:目的探討中國(guó)漢族人群載脂蛋白C3(ApoC3)基因rs5128多態(tài)性與不同體質(zhì)指數(shù)(BMI)冠心病(CHD)患者血脂水平及冠狀動(dòng)脈狹窄程度的相關(guān)性。方法根據(jù)BMI將312例CHD患者分為正常體重組(205例)和超重/肥胖組(107例)。收集所有患者的生理生化資料和冠狀動(dòng)脈造影數(shù)據(jù),采用Gensini評(píng)分法評(píng)價(jià)CHD患者的冠狀動(dòng)脈狹窄程度。提取外周血白細(xì)胞DNA并應(yīng)用聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)-限制性片段長(zhǎng)度多態(tài)性法對(duì)ApoC3rs5128多態(tài)性分型。結(jié)果超重/肥胖組體重、BMI、高血壓患病率、甘油三酯(TG)、脂蛋白a、TG/高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDLC)、總膽固醇(TC)/HDLC、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDLC)/HDLC和載脂蛋白B100(ApoB100)/載脂蛋白AI(ApoAⅠ)水平高于正常體重組,HDLC和ApoAⅠ水平低于正常體重組(P0.05)。在正常體重組中,G等位基因攜帶者高血壓患病率顯著高于CC基因型患者(P0.05);在超重/肥胖組中,G等位基因攜帶者TG和TG/HDLC水平顯著高于CC基因型患者(P0.05)。在正常體重組和超重/肥胖組中,rs5128多態(tài)性基因型和等位基因頻率在不同冠狀動(dòng)脈狹窄程度亞組中的分布差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在超重/肥胖CHD患者中,rs5128多態(tài)性G等位基因與血漿TG和TG/HDLC水平升高顯著相關(guān),但與冠狀動(dòng)脈狹窄程度無(wú)明顯關(guān)聯(lián)。
