【摘要】：目的·對比1 470 nm激光聯(lián)合硬化劑注射門診治療下肢靜脈功能不全與住院高位結(jié)扎聯(lián)合腔內(nèi)激光及硬化劑注射手術(shù)治療下肢靜脈功能不全的中短期療效。方法·選取符合入組條件的77例住院手術(shù)患者(住院手術(shù)組,大隱靜脈高位結(jié)扎+808 nm激光聯(lián)合硬化劑注射治療)和21例日間手術(shù)患者(門診治療組,1 470 nm激光聯(lián)合硬化劑注射治療),對其臨床資料進行回顧性分析。結(jié)果·門診治療組與住院手術(shù)組中短期大隱靜脈閉合效果無明顯差異;門診治療組術(shù)后1~12個月并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率和復發(fā)率并不高于手術(shù)組,但在圍術(shù)期舒適度、經(jīng)濟花費、回歸正常生活工作時間上均優(yōu)于住院手術(shù)組。結(jié)論·1 470 nm激光聯(lián)合硬化劑注射門診治療下肢靜脈功能不全與住院高位結(jié)扎聯(lián)合腔內(nèi)激光及硬化劑注射手術(shù)治療有相似的療效,但安全性、舒適度高,創(chuàng)傷更小,并可簡化住院程序,降低醫(yī)療成本,可作為一種新的選擇方案提供給患者。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the short and medium term effects of 1 470 nm laser combined with sclerosing agent injection in the treatment of lower extremity venous insufficiency with high ligation of lower extremity combined with intracavitary laser and sclerosing agent injection. Methods Seventy-seven inpatients who were admitted to the hospital were selected. High ligation of saphenous vein (808 nm laser combined with sclerosing agent injection) and 21 patients (outpatient treatment group, 1 470 nm laser combined sclerosing agent injection) were retrospectively analyzed. Results there was no significant difference between the outpatient treatment group and the inpatient operation group in closing the great saphenous vein, the incidence of complications and the recurrence rate in the outpatient treatment group were not higher than those in the operation group at 1 ~ 12 months after operation, but they were comfortable and economical in the perioperative period. The time of returning to normal life and working time was better than that of operation group. Conclusion 1 470 nm laser combined with sclerosing agent injection in outpatient treatment of lower extremity venous insufficiency is similar to that of high ligation in hospital combined with intracavitary laser and sclerosing agent injection surgery, but it is safe, comfortable and less traumatic. It can simplify the hospitalization procedure and reduce the medical cost. It can be used as a new option for patients.
