微小RNA在心肌梗死再生修復中的研究進展

【摘要】:微小RNA(micro RNAs,miRs)是一類具有調(diào)控功能的內(nèi)源性非編碼RNA。心肌梗死是導致心臟重構和慢性心力衰竭的常見心血管事件,諸多miRs被發(fā)現(xiàn)在心肌梗死的病理生理機制中發(fā)揮重要作用,而心肌梗死后的心臟再生亦受到miRs調(diào)控。miRs參與調(diào)控心臟干、祖細胞對心肌的保護效應,并可誘導成纖維細胞向心肌細胞的重編程。此外,miRs可調(diào)節(jié)缺血后的血管生成,并參與不同細胞之間的細胞通訊。本文總結了miRs在上述研究中的最新進展,并討論了miRs應用于心肌梗死再生修復中的前景和局限性。
[Abstract]:Micro RNA (micro RNAs,miRs) is a kind of endogenous non-coding RNA. with regulatory function. Myocardial infarction is a common cardiovascular event leading to cardiac remodeling and chronic heart failure. Many miRs have been found to play an important role in the pathophysiological mechanism of myocardial infarction. The regeneration of heart after myocardial infarction was also regulated by miRs. MIRs were involved in regulating the protective effect of progenitor cells on myocardium and inducing the reprogramming of fibroblasts to cardiomyocytes. In addition, miRs can regulate angiogenesis after ischemia and participate in cellular communication between different cells. This paper summarizes the latest progress of miRs in the above research and discusses the prospects and limitations of miRs in myocardial infarction regeneration and repair.
