微小RNA在心肌梗死再生修復(fù)中的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:微小RNA(micro RNAs,miRs)是一類具有調(diào)控功能的內(nèi)源性非編碼RNA。心肌梗死是導(dǎo)致心臟重構(gòu)和慢性心力衰竭的常見(jiàn)心血管事件,諸多miRs被發(fā)現(xiàn)在心肌梗死的病理生理機(jī)制中發(fā)揮重要作用,而心肌梗死后的心臟再生亦受到miRs調(diào)控。miRs參與調(diào)控心臟干、祖細(xì)胞對(duì)心肌的保護(hù)效應(yīng),并可誘導(dǎo)成纖維細(xì)胞向心肌細(xì)胞的重編程。此外,miRs可調(diào)節(jié)缺血后的血管生成,并參與不同細(xì)胞之間的細(xì)胞通訊。本文總結(jié)了miRs在上述研究中的最新進(jìn)展,并討論了miRs應(yīng)用于心肌梗死再生修復(fù)中的前景和局限性。
[Abstract]:Micro RNA (micro RNAs,miRs) is a kind of endogenous non-coding RNA. with regulatory function. Myocardial infarction is a common cardiovascular event leading to cardiac remodeling and chronic heart failure. Many miRs have been found to play an important role in the pathophysiological mechanism of myocardial infarction. The regeneration of heart after myocardial infarction was also regulated by miRs. MIRs were involved in regulating the protective effect of progenitor cells on myocardium and inducing the reprogramming of fibroblasts to cardiomyocytes. In addition, miRs can regulate angiogenesis after ischemia and participate in cellular communication between different cells. This paper summarizes the latest progress of miRs in the above research and discusses the prospects and limitations of miRs in myocardial infarction regeneration and repair.
