高血壓不同級別與血清膽紅素、血管內(nèi)皮舒張功能的研究

【摘要】:目的:探討血壓的不同級別與間接膽紅素(IBIL)、直接膽紅素(DBIL)、總膽紅素(TBIL)、血管內(nèi)皮舒張功能(FMD)的關系。方法:根據(jù)入選與排除標準選,選取青海大學附屬醫(yī)院心內(nèi)科1級高血壓患者32例,2級高血壓患者40例,3級高血壓患者36例,另選取健康體檢者34例為對照組。所有入選的高血壓患者及健康體檢者,均由我院檢驗科次日抽取晨靜脈血5ml,離心后檢測三種血清膽紅素的水平。所有入選的患者及健康體檢者,均由我院超聲科專業(yè)技師,參照專業(yè)的方法,測量肱動脈血流介導的血管內(nèi)皮舒張功能(FMD)。比較不同血壓級別間的血清膽紅素及FMD水平、血清膽紅素與FMD之間的相關性。結果:健康對照組DBIL水平高于1級高血壓DBIL水平(P0.05),提示差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。1級高血壓DBIL水平高于2級高血壓DBIL水平,高于3級高血壓DBIL,且P0.05。健康對照組IBIL水平高于1級高血壓水平,高于2級高血壓水平,高于3級高血壓水平,且P0.05。健康對照組TBIL水平高于1級高血壓水平,高于2級高血壓水平,高于3級高血壓水平,且P0.05。健康對照組FMD水平,高于1級高血壓水平,高于2級高血壓水平,高于3級高血壓水平,且P0.05。FMD與血IBIL、DBIL、TBIL呈正相關(r=0.433,P0.05;r=0.218,P0.05;r=0.446,p0.05)。結論:與健康對照組相比,高血壓患者IBIL、TBIL水平均降低。隨著高血壓級別的升高,IBIL、DBIL、TBIL水平逐漸下降。健康對照組FMD水平高于高血壓組,且隨血壓級別的升高逐漸降低。高血壓患者FMD水平越低,IBIL、DBIL、TBIL水平越低。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the relationship between blood pressure and indirect bilirubin (IBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL), total bilirubin (TBIL), endothelium diastolic function (FMD). Methods: according to the criteria of selection and exclusion, 32 patients with grade 1 hypertension in the Department of Cardiology, affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University, 40 patients with grade 2 hypertension and 36 patients with grade 3 hypertension were selected as control group. All the selected hypertensive patients and healthy persons were collected from the morning venous blood of our hospital the next day and the serum bilirubin levels were measured after centrifugation. All the selected patients and healthy persons were examined by the ultrasound technicians in our hospital. The vascular endothelial diastolic function (FMD).) mediated by brachial artery blood flow was measured according to the professional methods. The levels of serum bilirubin and FMD, and the correlation between serum bilirubin and FMD were compared among different blood pressure levels. Results: the level of DBIL in healthy control group was higher than that in grade 1 hypertension (P0.05), suggesting that the level of DBIL in grade 1 hypertension was higher than that in grade 2 hypertension (P0.05), but the level of DBIL, in grade 3 hypertension was higher than that in grade 3 hypertension (P0.05). The level of IBIL in healthy control group was higher than that of grade 1 hypertension, higher than that of grade 2 hypertension and higher than that of grade 3 hypertension (P0.05). The level of TBIL in healthy control group was higher than that of grade 1 hypertension, higher than that of grade 2 hypertension and higher than that of grade 3 hypertension (P0.05). In the healthy control group, the level of FMD was higher than that of grade 1 hypertension, higher than that of grade 2 hypertension, and higher than that of grade 3 hypertension. There was a positive correlation between P0.05.FMD and serum IBIL,DBIL,TBIL. Conclusion: compared with the healthy control group, the level of IBIL,TBIL in hypertensive patients decreased. With the increase of hypertension grade, the level of TBIL decreased gradually. The level of FMD in healthy control group was higher than that in hypertension group, and decreased gradually with the increase of blood pressure level. The lower the level of FMD in hypertensive patients is, the lower the level of FMD is.
