【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者男性,74歲。因"反復(fù)胸悶1月余,加重1h"入院。既往有高血壓、吸煙史,否認(rèn)糖尿病及其他系統(tǒng)疾病史。入院查體:神清,溫平,雙肺聽診無殊,心率67次/min,律齊,心間區(qū)聽診可及4/6級(jí)收縮期雜音,血壓141/82mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133kPa)。腹部無陽性體征。入院心電圖示:竇性心律,ST段異常(I、aVL、V_6導(dǎo)聯(lián)壓低大于0.5mm);血高敏
[Abstract]:The male patient was 74 years old. Due to "repeated chest tightness for more than one month, aggravated for 1 h" admission. Previous history of hypertension, smoking, and denial of diabetes and other systemic diseases. Admission examination: Shen Qing, Wen Ping, double lung auscultation, heart rate 67 times / min, rhythm, cardiac area auscultation can reach 4 / 6 grade systolic murmur, blood pressure 141/82mm Hg (1mm Hg=0.133kPa). There were no positive signs in the abdomen. Electrocardiogram showed that St segment abnormality was found in sinus arrhythmia (IPA VLV V6 leads depression was greater than 0.5mm), and blood Gao Min was also found.
