miRNA-1在高血壓左心室肥厚診斷中的價值

【摘要】:目的:探討miRNA-1在高血壓左心室肥厚診斷中的價值,為獲取心臟疾病相關信息提供新的方法和途徑。方法:收集210例入住我院心內(nèi)科的患者,其中70例為高血壓合并左室肥厚組(HBP-LVH組)、70例為高血壓不合并左室肥厚組(HBP-NLVH組),以及70例門診隨機選擇健康體檢者為對照組,所有入選患者完善一般臨床資料、常規(guī)檢查,心臟超聲檢查測定室間隔厚度(IVSd)與左室后壁厚度(LVPWd)。收集血漿后用qRTPCR檢測miRNA-1的表達。結果:與對照組和HBP-NLVH組比較,HBP組的IVSd、LVPWd、miRNA-1顯著升高,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(均P0.05)。血漿miRNA-1在LVH診斷中的敏感度和特異度分別為94.6%和89.8%。miRNA-1水平與IVSd和LVPWd均表現(xiàn)為正相關,相關系數(shù)R分別為0.64和0.66。結論:miRNA-1在高血壓左心室肥厚患者的外周循環(huán)血漿中特異性高表達,且與左心室肥厚呈正相關,診斷左心室肥厚有很好的敏感度和特異度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the value of miRNA-1 in the diagnosis of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and to provide a new method and approach for obtaining information about heart disease. Methods: a total of 210 patients admitted to our hospital were collected, 70 of whom were hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy (HBP-LVH), 70 were hypertension without left ventricular hypertrophy (HBP-NLVH), and 70 were randomly selected as control group. All patients were selected to complete general clinical data, routine examination, echocardiography to determine the thickness of ventricular septal thickness (IVSd) and left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVPWd). The expression of miRNA-1 was detected by qRTPCR after plasma collection. Results: compared with control group and HBP-NLVH group, IVSd,LVPWd,miRNA-1 in HBP group was significantly higher than that in control group and HBP-NLVH group (P0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of plasma miRNA-1 in the diagnosis of LVH were 94.6%, and the level of 89.8%.miRNA-1 was positively correlated with IVSd and LVPWd, the correlation coefficient R was 0.64 and 0.66, respectively. Conclusion the specific expression of microRNA-1 in peripheral circulation plasma of hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy is high, and it is positively correlated with left ventricular hypertrophy. The diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy has good sensitivity and specificity.
