【摘要】：心臟神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)對心臟電、生理活動具有重要的調(diào)節(jié)作用,心臟神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)功能異常與心律失常、心肌梗死等心血管疾病密切相關(guān)。心臟交感神經(jīng)是心臟自主神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,交感神經(jīng)功能測定對于研究心血管病發(fā)病機制、指導相關(guān)心臟疾病治療具有重要意義。本文從心率變異性、心臟交感神經(jīng)成像、免疫組織化學神經(jīng)纖維染色、心臟局部血漿去甲腎上腺素含量測定、QT間期及復極離散度等方面介紹目前心臟交感神經(jīng)功能評價的常用方法。
[Abstract]:The cardiac nervous system plays an important role in regulating the electrical and physiological activities of the heart. The abnormal function of the cardiac nervous system is closely related to cardiac arrhythmia, myocardial infarction and other cardiovascular diseases. Cardiac sympathetic nerve is an important part of cardiac autonomic nervous system. The measurement of sympathetic nerve function is of great significance in studying the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases and guiding the treatment of related heart diseases. Heart rate variability, cardiac sympathetic neurography, immunohistochemical nerve fiber staining, The methods of evaluating cardiac sympathetic nerve function were introduced in the aspects of measuring the QT interval and repolarization dispersion of the regional plasma norepinephrine.
