【摘要】：目的:探討檢測(cè)長(zhǎng)鏈非編碼脫氧核糖核酸(RNA)KCNQ1重疊轉(zhuǎn)錄物1(KCNQ1OT1)在冠狀動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化性心臟病(冠心病)患者血清中的表達(dá)及其臨床意義。方法:納入我院收治的196例患者,98例冠心病患者為冠心病組,98例非冠心病患者為對(duì)照組。用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量多聚酶鏈反應(yīng)(q RT-PCR)檢測(cè)血清KCNQ1OT1及P53基因的表達(dá)水平,分析KCNQ1OT1與血清P53基因表達(dá)水平及臨床病例特征的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:與對(duì)照組比較,冠心病組患者血清KCNQ1OT1的表達(dá)明顯增高,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。P53基因在冠心病組患者血清中的表達(dá)水平明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。線性相關(guān)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)血清KCNQ1OT1與P53基因的表達(dá)呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=-0.856,P0.001)。多因素Logistic回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn)血清KCNQ1OT1的表達(dá)與冠心病存在獨(dú)立相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論 :冠心病患者血清KCNQ1OT1表達(dá)顯著增加,并存在獨(dú)立相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the expression and clinical significance of (RNA) KCNQ1 overlap transcription 1 (KCNQ1OT1) in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD). Methods: a total of 196 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) were included in our hospital. 98 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) were treated as control group (n = 98). Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (Q RT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of serum KCNQ1OT1 and p53 gene, and the correlation between KCNQ1OT1 and serum p53 gene expression and clinical features was analyzed. Results: compared with the control group, the expression of serum KCNQ1OT1 in CHD group was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05). The expression level of p53 gene in serum of CHD group was significantly lower than that of control group (P0.05). Linear correlation analysis showed a negative correlation between serum KCNQ1OT1 and p53 gene expression (r-0. 856% P 0. 001). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that there was an independent correlation between serum KCNQ1OT1 expression and coronary heart disease (P0.05). Conclusion: the expression of serum KCNQ1OT1 in patients with coronary heart disease is significantly increased, and there is an independent correlation.
