【摘要】：正冠狀動(dòng)脈慢性完全閉塞(CTO)病變是否應(yīng)該行經(jīng)皮冠狀動(dòng)脈介入治療(PCI),積極開(kāi)通閉塞,一直存在爭(zhēng)論。開(kāi)通閉塞的冠狀動(dòng)脈,可能改善缺血心肌的灌注,保護(hù)心功能,減少缺血相關(guān)心律失常,增加冠狀動(dòng)脈供血能力的儲(chǔ)備,在其他血管發(fā)生閉塞時(shí)可以提供代償。因此,開(kāi)通閉塞血管可能是有益的,但是CTO-PCI是一類復(fù)雜手術(shù),有可能因并發(fā)癥而給患者帶來(lái)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。已有的證據(jù)強(qiáng)度不高,尚未發(fā)現(xiàn)大規(guī)模前
[Abstract]:It has been debated whether percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) should be performed in patients with chronic total coronary artery occlusion (CTO). The patency of the occluded coronary artery may improve the perfusion of the ischemic myocardium, protect the heart function, reduce the ischemia related arrhythmia, increase the reserve of the coronary artery supply capacity, and provide compensation when the other vessels are occluded. Therefore, the opening of occluded blood vessels may be beneficial, but CTO-PCI is a complex type of surgery that may pose a risk to patients due to complications.
