【摘要】：患者女,34歲。右腰腹部腫塊27年,水皰、血皰16年,疼痛2個月。皮損組織病理示:真皮全層及皮下可見較多管腔,內(nèi)襯一層扁平的內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞。免疫組化:D2-40+。診斷:右側(cè)腰腹部局限性并海綿狀淋巴管畸形。
[Abstract]:The patient was 34 years old. Right waist abdominal mass 27 years, blister, blood blister 16 years, pain 2 months. Histopathology of the lesions showed that more lumens could be seen in the whole dermis and subcutaneously, with a flat endothelial cell lining. Immunohistochemistry: D2-40. Diagnosis: localized right lumbar abdomen with cavernous lymphatic malformation.
