【摘要】：降落傘是輔助治療由于左心室重構(gòu)及其左室?guī)缀螌W(xué)形態(tài)改變導(dǎo)致心力衰竭(CHF)的器械裝置。本文總結(jié)了降落傘的組成、置入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、置入技術(shù)、置入效果以及并發(fā)癥情況,認(rèn)為經(jīng)皮左心室降落傘置入技術(shù)對(duì)左心室容積的減少多發(fā)生于置入器械后的急性期內(nèi);隨著時(shí)間的推移,左心室容積減少的趨勢(shì)變小。目前降落傘置入治療CHF的經(jīng)驗(yàn)非常有限,其有效性及安全性有待進(jìn)一步研究評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Parachute is an accessory device for the treatment of (CHF) due to left ventricular remodeling and left ventricular geometry changes. In this paper, the composition, standard, technique, effect and complications of parachute placement are summarized. It is concluded that the reduction of left ventricular volume by percutaneous left ventricular parachute implantation occurs in the acute period after implantation. Over time, the decrease in left ventricular volume tends to decrease. The experience of parachute placement in the treatment of CHF is very limited, and its efficacy and safety need further study and evaluation.
