【摘要】：目的:觀察巴馬小型豬冠狀動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化模型血清炎癥因子變化,探討炎癥與冠狀動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化發(fā)病的關(guān)系,同時(shí)觀察冠脈的病理改變。方法:將巴馬小型豬隨機(jī)分配,對(duì)照組予基礎(chǔ)飼料喂飼,模型組予高脂喂飼聯(lián)合球囊拉傷。在多個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)分別對(duì)兩組行血管內(nèi)超聲、血清炎癥因子檢測(cè)和病理學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:第24周,冠狀動(dòng)脈血管內(nèi)超聲示對(duì)照組平均面積狹窄率為6.56%,模型組平均面積狹窄率為44.12%。第24周、28周、36周和48周,模型組hs-CRP、IL-6、VCAM-1、MCP-1和s P-selectin明顯高于同期對(duì)照組,統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異顯著。模型組24周可見(jiàn)冠狀動(dòng)脈內(nèi)膜局部不規(guī)則增厚,增厚的內(nèi)膜中存在泡沫細(xì)胞;48周可見(jiàn)冠狀動(dòng)脈內(nèi)膜不規(guī)則增厚,粥樣斑塊形成,增厚的內(nèi)膜中存在大量脂質(zhì)、泡沫細(xì)胞、炎細(xì)胞及增生的纖維組織,動(dòng)脈中膜受壓變薄。結(jié)論:炎癥反應(yīng)在AS發(fā)生、發(fā)展和惡化中起重要作用,炎癥加速了斑塊的進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the changes of serum inflammatory factors and the relationship between inflammation and coronary atherosclerosis, and to observe the pathological changes of coronary artery in Bama miniature pig coronary atherosclerosis model. Methods: Bama miniature pigs were randomly assigned, the control group was fed with basic feed, and the model group was fed with high fat feeding combined with balloon strain. Intravascular ultrasound, serum inflammatory factor detection and pathological analysis were performed at multiple time points. Results: at the 24th week, the mean area stenosis rate was 6.56 in the control group and 44.12 in the model group. The MCP-1 and s P-selectin of hs-CRP IL-6 VCAM-1 in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). In the model group, irregular thickening of coronary intima was observed at 24 weeks, foam cells were found in thickened intima, irregular thickening of intima and formation of atherosclerotic plaque were observed in the thickened intima of coronary artery at 48 weeks, and a large number of lipids and foam cells were found in thickened intima. Inflammatory cells and proliferating fibrous tissue, the media of the artery are thinned under pressure. Conclusion: inflammation plays an important role in the occurrence, development and deterioration of as, and inflammation accelerates the progression of plaque.
