【摘要】：目的:觀察烏梅消食顆粒對(duì)缺鐵性貧血(IDA)患者T細(xì)胞亞群的紊亂的治療療效。方法:對(duì)不同誘因?qū)е碌娜辫F性貧血患者共85例隨機(jī)分為兩組,治療組采用烏梅消食顆粒聯(lián)合乳酸亞鐵口服液,對(duì)照組采用安慰劑加乳酸亞鐵口服液治療,采用三色直接熒光法流式細(xì)胞技術(shù)進(jìn)行T細(xì)胞亞群檢驗(yàn),對(duì)比二者治療前后是否具有差異。判斷聯(lián)合治療及單藥治療對(duì)細(xì)胞免疫是否具有相關(guān)影響。結(jié)果:與鐵劑單藥對(duì)照組相比,聯(lián)合治療組外周血中CD_3~+、CD_3~+CD_4~+淋巴細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)回升更快,CD_4~+/CD_8~+比值較治療前提升更加明顯(P0.01),聯(lián)合組CD_3~+CD_8~+淋巴細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)降低更加明顯(P0.05)。與治療前相比,兩組患者細(xì)胞免疫紊亂均有所改善(P0.05)。結(jié)論:缺鐵性貧血患者存在細(xì)胞免疫紊亂,而且這種T細(xì)胞亞群異�？梢员昏F劑糾正,聯(lián)合烏梅消食顆粒可以加速這種細(xì)胞免疫異常的恢復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of Wumei Xiaoshi granule on the disorder of T cell subsets in (IDA) patients with iron deficiency anemia. Methods: a total of 85 patients with iron deficiency anemia caused by different inducements were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group was treated with Wumei Xiaoshi granule combined with ferrous lactate oral solution, and the control group was treated with placebo plus ferrous lactate oral solution. The T cell subsets were detected by three color direct fluorescence flow cytometry, and the difference was compared before and after treatment. To determine whether combined therapy or monotherapy has a related effect on cellular immunity. Results: compared with the control group, the CD3 ~ CD4 ~ + lymphocyte count in the combined treatment group increased more rapidly than that in the control group (P0.01), and the CD3 ~ CD8 ~ lymphocyte count in the combined group decreased more significantly than that before the treatment (P0.05). Compared with before treatment, the two groups of patients with cellular immune disorders improved (P0.05). Conclusion: there is cellular immune disorder in patients with iron deficiency anemia, and the abnormal T cell subsets can be corrected by iron, and combined with Wumei Xiaoshi granule can accelerate the recovery of this abnormal cellular immunity.
