【摘要】：2013年美國(guó)心臟病學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)/美國(guó)心臟協(xié)會(huì)血脂指南的發(fā)布在學(xué)界激起波瀾,國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多學(xué)術(shù)組織相繼發(fā)布文件闡明自己的觀點(diǎn)。2016年,歐洲心臟病協(xié)會(huì)和中國(guó)血脂指南相繼發(fā)表。3個(gè)指南在血脂管理上存在諸多不同,爭(zhēng)論的焦點(diǎn)在于是否設(shè)立降脂靶目標(biāo)以及如何強(qiáng)化,差異之處體現(xiàn)了各自對(duì)于血脂的獨(dú)特理解。本文從這兩點(diǎn)出發(fā)進(jìn)行探討。
[Abstract]:The 2013 release of the American College of Cardiology / American Heart Association guidelines on lipids caused a stir in academic circles, with numerous academic organizations both at home and abroad publishing documents to clarify their views. In 2016, The European Heart Association and the China Blood Lipid guidelines have been published one after another. There are many differences in blood lipid management among the three guidelines. The debate focuses on whether or not to set a target for lipid reduction and how to strengthen it. The differences reflect their unique understanding of blood lipid. This article proceeds from these two points to carry on the discussion.
