【摘要】：網(wǎng)膜素是由內(nèi)臟脂肪組織分泌的一種細(xì)胞因子,能夠增強(qiáng)胰島素敏感性,與代謝綜合征、炎癥性疾病等多種疾病密切相關(guān)。循環(huán)網(wǎng)膜素水平是頸動(dòng)脈粥樣斑塊的獨(dú)立預(yù)測因素,表明網(wǎng)膜素可能參與了動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化發(fā)生發(fā)展的調(diào)控。網(wǎng)膜素可能通過內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞保護(hù)作用、抑制巨噬細(xì)胞源性泡沫細(xì)胞形成、抑制血管平滑肌細(xì)胞的增殖、遷移、分泌以及抗炎作用發(fā)揮著抗動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化作用。文章將對(duì)網(wǎng)膜素的生物學(xué)特性、生理病理作用以及網(wǎng)膜素與動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化關(guān)系的研究進(jìn)展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Omentin is a cytokine secreted by visceral adipose tissue, which can enhance insulin sensitivity and is closely related to metabolic syndrome, inflammatory diseases and other diseases. The level of circulatory retinin is an independent predictor of carotid atherosclerotic plaque, suggesting that omentin may be involved in the regulation of atherosclerosis. Omentin may inhibit the formation of macrophage derived foam cells and inhibit the proliferation, migration, secretion and anti-inflammatory effects of vascular smooth muscle cells through the protective effect of endothelial cells. In this paper, the biological characteristics, physiological and pathological effects of omentin and the relationship between omentin and atherosclerosis are reviewed.
