【摘要】：精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)通過整合表型組學(xué)、多生物組學(xué)及環(huán)境社會(huì)因素,借助現(xiàn)代信息學(xué)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)體化治療的目標(biāo)。精準(zhǔn)心臟病學(xué)將精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)理念與方法運(yùn)用于心血管領(lǐng)域,采用大規(guī)模、深入型、創(chuàng)新性研究方法實(shí)現(xiàn)研究突破,促進(jìn)藥物研發(fā)與應(yīng)用,結(jié)合臨床對(duì)不同遺傳背景、環(huán)境暴露的個(gè)體提出個(gè)體化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估、疾病診斷和干預(yù)方案,進(jìn)行針對(duì)性的心血管疾病預(yù)防和診治,最終改善患者預(yù)后并提高患者生活質(zhì)量。精準(zhǔn)心臟病學(xué)目前面臨著諸多亟待解決的技術(shù)、社會(huì)和倫理障礙。隨著研究與認(rèn)識(shí)的深入,精準(zhǔn)心臟病學(xué)將在攻克心血管疾病領(lǐng)域的諸多難關(guān)、提高心血管疾病的診治能力過程中發(fā)揮重要作用。
[Abstract]:By integrating phenotypic, multi-biologic and environmental and social factors, precision medicine achieves the goal of individualized therapy by means of modern informatics technology. Precision cardiology applies the concept and method of precision medicine to the cardiovascular field, using large-scale, in-depth and innovative research methods to achieve research breakthroughs, promote drug development and application, and combine clinical genetic background. Individuals exposed to the environment put forward individualized risk assessment, disease diagnosis and intervention, and targeted prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease, ultimately improve the prognosis of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. Precision cardiology is facing many technical, social and ethical obstacles to be solved. With the deepening of research and understanding, precise cardiology will play an important role in overcoming many difficulties in the field of cardiovascular disease and improving the ability of diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
