骨橋蛋白的增齡性變化及其與冠心病的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的探討骨橋蛋白(OPN)的增齡性變化及其與冠心病的關(guān)系。方法收集健康青年(40歲以下)、中年(40~65歲)、老年組(65歲),并經(jīng)冠脈造影結(jié)果診斷無冠心病的血清標(biāo)本各20份,并收集冠心病非老年組(65歲)及冠心病老年組(65歲)標(biāo)本各20例,所有冠心病患者診斷均以冠脈造影結(jié)果為準(zhǔn),并進(jìn)行Western印跡法檢測OPN的含量,并同時(shí)采集各組吸煙史,飲酒史,血脂等生化指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 OPN在老年組中呈陽性表達(dá),而在青、中年組呈陰性;老年組、中年組及青年組OPN光密度值分別為7.34×10~4±8.97×10~3,1.34×10~3±4.15×10~2,1.58×10~2±0.096×10~2,各組間差異顯著(F=4.29,P=0.02);OPN在冠心病非老年組和老年組間表達(dá)無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論 OPN存在增齡性變化,當(dāng)存在冠脈病變時(shí),OPN不再有年齡差異,可能對冠心病的發(fā)生存在作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the aging changes of osteopontin (OPN) and its relationship with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods 20 healthy young people (under 40 years old), middle age (40 to 65 years old), old age group (65 years old), and 20 serum samples each with no coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography were collected, and 20 samples were collected from non-elderly patients with coronary heart disease (65 years old) and 20 samples from elderly patients with coronary heart disease (65 years old). All the patients with coronary heart disease were diagnosed by coronary angiography, and the content of OPN was detected by Western blotting, and the biochemical indexes such as smoking history, drinking history, blood lipid and so on were collected at the same time. Results the optical density of OPN in the elderly group was 7.34 脳 10 ~ (4) 鹵8.97 脳 10 ~ (3) 鹵1.34 鹵4.15 脳 10 ~ (2) 鹵1.58 脳 10 ~ (2) 2 鹵0.096 脳 10 ~ (2). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion there are age-related changes in OPN. When there is coronary artery disease, there is no age difference in OPN, which may play an important role in the occurrence of coronary heart disease.
