【摘要】：運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練對(duì)心血管疾病的預(yù)防和治療作用眾所周知。已有大量研究揭示了運(yùn)動(dòng)心臟相關(guān)的蛋白表征,但運(yùn)動(dòng)誘導(dǎo)的心臟重塑的分子機(jī)制至今還不清楚。從以質(zhì)譜為基礎(chǔ)的蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)研究入手,分析了不同類(lèi)型運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)心臟蛋白質(zhì)組的影響,同時(shí)用生物信息學(xué)方法分析來(lái)自于不同運(yùn)動(dòng)類(lèi)型與動(dòng)物模型間的數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果顯示,運(yùn)動(dòng)通過(guò)上調(diào)脂質(zhì)和器官代謝過(guò)程,促進(jìn)血管生成以及組織再生對(duì)機(jī)體產(chǎn)生獨(dú)有的蛋白質(zhì)組重塑影響,同時(shí)也揭示心臟線粒體蛋白質(zhì)組在應(yīng)對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練時(shí)具有高度動(dòng)態(tài)性。從運(yùn)動(dòng)類(lèi)型來(lái)說(shuō),跑臺(tái)比游泳對(duì)心臟蛋白質(zhì)組的調(diào)整更為有效。這些數(shù)據(jù)為運(yùn)動(dòng)心臟的蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)研究打開(kāi)了新的視野,有望為心臟對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)適應(yīng)及不適應(yīng)重塑的機(jī)制研究提供有效幫助。
[Abstract]:The effect of exercise training on the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases is well known. A large number of studies have revealed the related protein characterization of exercise heart, but the molecular mechanism of exercise induced heart remodeling is still unclear. Based on the proteomics research based on mass spectrometry, the effects of different types of exercise on cardiac proteome were analyzed, and the data from different exercise types and animal models were analyzed by bioinformatics. The results showed that exercise had a unique proteome remodeling effect on the body by up-regulating lipid and organ metabolism, promoting angiogenesis and tissue regeneration. At the same time, it also revealed that mitochondria proteome is highly dynamic in coping exercise training. In terms of exercise type, treadmill is more effective than swimming in regulating cardiac proteome. These data have opened up a new perspective for proteomics of exercise heart and are expected to provide effective help for the study of the mechanism of heart adaptation and remodeling.
