動(dòng)態(tài)脈壓指數(shù)對(duì)高血壓患者新發(fā)心腦血管事件的預(yù)測(cè)價(jià)值

【摘要】:目的研究高血壓患者動(dòng)態(tài)脈壓指數(shù)對(duì)高血壓患者新發(fā)心腦血管事件的預(yù)測(cè)價(jià)值。方法選擇2010年5月至2012年10月在該院確診為原發(fā)性高血壓的患者350例,所有患者均行動(dòng)態(tài)血壓檢測(cè),所有患者均定期進(jìn)行隨訪,記錄患者心腦血管事件發(fā)生情況,探討動(dòng)態(tài)脈壓指數(shù)對(duì)患者新發(fā)心腦血管事件的預(yù)測(cè)價(jià)值。結(jié)果 PPI≥0.51的患者腦梗死、腦出血、心肌梗死患病率分別為4.8%、5.6%、5.6%,明顯高于與PPI≤0.40和PPI0.40~0.51的患者,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。PPI≥0.51的患者發(fā)生總心腦血管事件、腦梗死、腦出血、急性心肌梗死的相對(duì)危險(xiǎn)度分別為PPI≤0.40者的1.5、1.6、1.9、2.1倍。結(jié)論動(dòng)態(tài)脈壓指數(shù)可以預(yù)測(cè)心腦血管事件的發(fā)生,臨床意義重大。
