【摘要】：目的研究高血壓患者動(dòng)態(tài)脈壓指數(shù)對(duì)高血壓患者新發(fā)心腦血管事件的預(yù)測(cè)價(jià)值。方法選擇2010年5月至2012年10月在該院確診為原發(fā)性高血壓的患者350例,所有患者均行動(dòng)態(tài)血壓檢測(cè),所有患者均定期進(jìn)行隨訪,記錄患者心腦血管事件發(fā)生情況,探討動(dòng)態(tài)脈壓指數(shù)對(duì)患者新發(fā)心腦血管事件的預(yù)測(cè)價(jià)值。結(jié)果 PPI≥0.51的患者腦梗死、腦出血、心肌梗死患病率分別為4.8%、5.6%、5.6%,明顯高于與PPI≤0.40和PPI0.40~0.51的患者,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。PPI≥0.51的患者發(fā)生總心腦血管事件、腦梗死、腦出血、急性心肌梗死的相對(duì)危險(xiǎn)度分別為PPI≤0.40者的1.5、1.6、1.9、2.1倍。結(jié)論動(dòng)態(tài)脈壓指數(shù)可以預(yù)測(cè)心腦血管事件的發(fā)生,臨床意義重大。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the predictive value of dynamic pulse pressure index in hypertensive patients with new cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. Methods 350 patients with essential hypertension were selected from May 2010 to October 2012.
