斑塊內(nèi)泡沫細胞外遷功能障礙的研究進展

【摘要】:泡沫細胞的形成及外遷受抑是動脈壁斑塊惡性重塑的關鍵環(huán)節(jié),糖基化終末產(chǎn)物(AGE)則是糖尿病加速動脈粥樣硬化進展的重要推手;趪鴥(nèi)外最新進展及本課題組已有成果,文章闡述了清道夫受體CD36在介導AGE關鍵活性成分羧甲基賴氨酸抑制泡沫細胞外遷中的作用及機制,希冀為今后靶向泡沫細胞外遷機制的治療策略提供新的切入點。
[Abstract]:The formation and migration of foam cells are key links in the malignant remodeling of atherosclerotic plaque, and glycosylation end product (AGE) is an important push for diabetes to accelerate the progress of atherosclerosis. Based on the latest progress at home and abroad and the achievements of this group, the article expounds the key active component of AGE, which mediates the key active component of carboxymethyl CD36. Lysine inhibits the migration of foam cells, and hopes to provide a new breakthrough point for future therapeutic strategies for foam cell migration.
