血液病患者出血程度與PMP、vWF、FN的關(guān)系及臨床意義

【摘要】:目的觀察血小板微顆粒(PMP)、血管性血友病因子(v WF)、纖維連接蛋白(FN)在血小板減少的血液病患者中與出血程度的關(guān)系,探討PMP、v WF、FN對(duì)出血程度預(yù)測(cè)的臨床意義。方法根據(jù)WHO關(guān)于出血的分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),將患者分為0分組、1分組、2分組、3分組、4分組及對(duì)照組。應(yīng)用流式細(xì)胞術(shù)檢測(cè)患者外周血中PMP含量變化,應(yīng)用ELISA法檢測(cè)患者外周血中v WF、FN含量變化。結(jié)果 (1)各組PMP、v WF、FN的含量差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001);(2)不同出血程度組之間出血程度越重,PMP含量越低[除1分組與2分組;3分組、4分組和對(duì)照組差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,其余差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001)]、VWF含量越高[除1分組與2分組外,其余各組之間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001)]、FN含量越高[除0分組與1分組外,其余各組均差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001)]。結(jié)論 PMP、v WF、FN的含量對(duì)血小板減少的血液病患者出血程度的預(yù)測(cè)具有臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between platelet microgranule (PMP), von Willebrand factor (v WF) and fibronectin (FN) in patients with thrombocytopenia. Methods according to WHO grading standard, patients were divided into 0 groups, 1 group, 2 groups, 3 groups, 4 groups and the control group. Flow cytometry was used to detect the changes of PMP in peripheral blood, and Elisa was used to detect the changes of vWFN in peripheral blood. Results (1) there were significant differences in the content of PMPV WFF-FN in all groups (P0. 001); (2). The more severe the bleeding degree between the groups with different bleeding degree, the lower the content of PMP. [there was no significant difference between 4 groups and control groups except 1 group and 2 groups, 3 groups and 4 groups, 4 groups and the control group). The other differences were statistically significant (P0.001). The higher the content of VWF was [except for group 1 and group 2, the difference between other groups was statistically significant (P0.001)] the content of FN was higher [except group 0 and group 1, the differences among other groups were statistically significant (P0.001)]. Conclusion the content of PMPV WFFFN in patients with thrombocytopenia has clinical significance in predicting the bleeding degree of patients with thrombocytopenia.
