【摘要】：目的探討社會(huì)資本與高血壓患者服藥依從性之間的關(guān)系。方法采用簡(jiǎn)單隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,對(duì)上海市9個(gè)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心管理的3656名高血壓患者進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)證的量表從社區(qū)凝聚力和鄰里互動(dòng)兩個(gè)角度評(píng)價(jià)社會(huì)資本。應(yīng)用Logistic回歸模型分析社會(huì)資本與高血壓患者服藥依從性之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果3656名患者服藥依從性佳的比例為69.4%。控制社會(huì)人口學(xué)特征后,社區(qū)凝聚力最高組患者的服藥依從性佳的比例是社區(qū)凝聚力最低組的患者的1.74倍(OR=1.74,95%CI:1.42~2.13);而且鄰里互動(dòng)得分越高患者服藥依從性佳的比例越高,與鄰里互動(dòng)得分最低組相比較,其他3組的OR值分別為1.42(95%CI:1.12~1.81)、1.58(95%CI:1.24~2.01)、1.60(95%CI:1.29~1.99)。結(jié)論社會(huì)資本與高血壓患者的服藥依從性呈正相關(guān),提示增加患者的社會(huì)資本可以提高患者的服藥依從性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between social capital and drug compliance in hypertensive patients. Methods 3656 hypertension patients managed by 9 community health service centers in Shanghai were investigated by simple random sampling. Social capital was evaluated from two aspects of community cohesion and neighborhood interaction by using the validated scale. Logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between social capital and drug compliance of hypertensive patients. Results the proportion of 3656 patients with good compliance was 69.4%. After controlling the social demographic characteristics, the proportion of patients with better drug compliance in the group with the highest community cohesion was 1.74 times as high as that in the group with the lowest community cohesion (OR 1.74% 95 CI: 1.42 2.13), and the higher the score of neighborhood interaction was, the higher the proportion of patients with good compliance was. Compared with the lowest score group, the OR values of the other three groups were 1.42 (95 CI: 1.121.81) 1.58 (95CI: 1.242.01) 1.60 (95CI: 1.291.99). Conclusion there is a positive correlation between social capital and drug compliance of patients with hypertension.
