【摘要】：目的觀察氨氯地平聯(lián)合阿托伐他汀鈣片治療老年高血壓合并冠心病患者的臨床療效及對(duì)患者血清孤獨(dú)G蛋白耦聯(lián)受體配體(Apelin)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影響。方法按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字法將96例高血壓合并冠心病的老年患者分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,每組48例。對(duì)照組給予氨氯地平治療,觀察組在給予氨氯地平的基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合阿托伐他汀鈣片治療,治療6 w后,比較兩組患者的臨床療效,同時(shí)比較2組患者治療前后血脂相關(guān)指標(biāo)總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)及血清Apelin、Hcy水平的變化情況。結(jié)果觀察組患者的療效均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);兩組患者治療前,血清TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C及Apelin、Hcy水平組間比較均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,治療6 w后,觀察組在相關(guān)血脂指標(biāo)水平明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),而HDL-C水平略高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);觀察組患者的血清Apelin、HCY水平治療后與對(duì)照組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論氨氯地平聯(lián)合阿托伐他汀鈣片治療老年高血壓合并冠心病,可有效控制血脂、血壓及改善心臟功能,治療風(fēng)險(xiǎn)小,總有效率高。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy of amlodipine combined with Atto vastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease (CHD) and to observe the effect of amlodipine on serum homocysteine (Hcy) level of isolated G protein-coupled receptor ligand (Apelin),). Methods 96 elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with amlodipine, and the observation group was treated with Atto vastatin calcium tablet on the basis of amlodipine. After 6 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. The changes of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and serum Apelinine Hcy were compared before and after treatment. Results the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P0.05), before treatment, there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the levels of serum TGG LDL-C and Apelin Hcy, and there was no significant difference between the two groups after 6 weeks of treatment. The serum levels of serum Apelin HCY in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05), while HDL-C level was slightly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Amlodipine combined with Atto vastatin calcium tablets can effectively control blood lipids, blood pressure and improve heart function in elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.
