【摘要】：微粒(MP)是各種細胞激活和凋亡時產生的微小囊泡,具有促凝促栓的作用。溶血性貧血(HA)是指紅細胞遭到破壞而壽命縮短,超過骨髓造血代償時發(fā)生的一類貧血,其中鐮狀細胞貧血(SCD)、地中海貧血和陣發(fā)性睡眠性血紅蛋白尿(PNH)皆存在高凝狀態(tài)甚至血栓高發(fā)的特點。研究表明,HA中數(shù)量及功能異常的MP能促使HA高凝狀態(tài)的形成并增加血栓栓塞(TE)風險。本文主要綜述近年來細胞MP在HA高凝狀態(tài)中的研究進展,詳述了異常MP與HA高凝狀態(tài)及臨床相關血栓栓塞事件(TEE)的關系,以及HA相關治療對MP的影響、MP在部分HA動物模型中的研究及近年來熱點研究的MP蛋白組學在HA中的應用。
[Abstract]:Microparticles (MP) are tiny vesicles produced by the activation and apoptosis of various cells. Hemolytic anemia (HA) is a type of anemia that occurs when the red blood cell is destroyed and the lifespan is shortened, which exceeds the hematopoietic compensation of the bone marrow. Sickle cell anemia (SCD), thalassemia and paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) are characterized by hypercoagulability and even thrombus. It has been shown that MP with abnormal quantity and function in HA can promote the formation of hypercoagulable state of HA and increase the risk of thromboembolism (te). In this review, the recent progress in the study of cell MP in HA hypercoagulability was reviewed, and the relationship between abnormal MP and HA hypercoagulability and clinical associated thromboembolism events (tee) was described. The effect of HA related therapy on MP and the application of MP in some animal models of HA and the application of MP proteomics which has been studied in recent years.
