血壓鹽敏感性流行病學(xué)影響因素研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:個體血壓對鹽負(fù)荷表現(xiàn)出不同的反應(yīng)稱為鹽敏感性。與血壓鹽抵抗者相比,血壓鹽敏感者更易出現(xiàn)靶器官損害和心血管病事件。早期識別血壓鹽敏感者,進(jìn)行有針對性的限鹽干預(yù),有利于降低人群心血管病事件。本綜述從流行病學(xué)角度,分析血壓鹽敏感性的可能影響因素,明確血壓鹽敏感性的高危人群,為預(yù)防心血管病事件提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Individual blood pressure shows different response to salt load called salt sensitivity. Blood pressure salt sensitive patients were more prone to target organ damage and cardiovascular events than those with blood pressure salt resistance. Early identification of blood pressure salt-sensitive patients and targeted salt-limited intervention will help to reduce cardiovascular events in the population. In this review, the possible influencing factors of blood pressure salt sensitivity were analyzed from the point of view of epidemiology, and the high risk population of blood pressure salt sensitivity was identified to provide reference for the prevention of cardiovascular events.
