原發(fā)性高血壓患者頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化與血清HCY水平和氧化應(yīng)激的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的探討原發(fā)性高血壓患者頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化與血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平和氧化應(yīng)激的關(guān)系。方法選擇原發(fā)性高血壓患者266例(觀察組),其中有、無(wú)頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化者分別為167、99例。另選體檢健康者50例作為對(duì)照組。采用全自動(dòng)生化分析儀檢測(cè)兩組血清HCY水平及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,采用分光光度計(jì)檢測(cè)血清丙二醛(MDA)水平。比較觀察組有、無(wú)頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化者血清HCY、MDA水平及SOD活性;分析有動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化者頸動(dòng)脈內(nèi)膜中層厚度與血清HCY、MDA水平及SOD活性的關(guān)系。結(jié)果觀察組血清HCY、MDA水平均明顯高于對(duì)照組,SOD活性明顯低于對(duì)照組(P均0.05)。觀察組有頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化者血清HCY、MDA水平明顯高于無(wú)頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化者,SOD活性明顯低于無(wú)頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化者(P均0.05)。直線相關(guān)分析顯示,觀察組有頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化者頸動(dòng)脈內(nèi)膜中層厚度與血清HCY、MDA水平均呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系(r分別為0.575、0.462,P均0.05),與SOD活性呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=-0.538,P0.05)。結(jié)論原發(fā)性高血壓并頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化者血清HCY、MDA水平明顯升高,SOD活性明顯降低;血清HCY和氧化應(yīng)激可能參與了原發(fā)性高血壓患者頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化的發(fā)生、發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between carotid atherosclerosis and serum homocysteine (HCY) and oxidative stress in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 266 patients with essential hypertension (observation group) were selected, including 16799 patients without carotid atherosclerosis. 50 healthy persons were selected as control group. The serum HCY level and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer and the serum malondialdehyde (MDA) level was detected by spectrophotometer. The levels of serum HCYO MDA and SOD activity in patients without carotid atherosclerosis were compared, and the relationship between intima-media thickness of carotid artery and serum HCYN MDA level and SOD activity in patients with atherosclerosis were analyzed. Results the level of serum HCYO MDA in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The level of serum HCYO MDA in patients with carotid atherosclerosis was significantly higher than that in patients without carotid atherosclerosis (P 0.05). Linear correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between carotid intima-media thickness and serum HCYMDAin patients with carotid atherosclerosis (r = 0.5750.462, P 0.05), and a negative correlation with SOD activity (r = 0.538P 0.05). Conclusion the level of serum HCYO MDA in patients with essential hypertension complicated with carotid atherosclerosis was significantly increased and SOD activity was significantly decreased, and serum HCY and oxidative stress might be involved in the occurrence and development of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with essential hypertension.
