自發(fā)性高血壓大鼠心腎交感神經(jīng)的分布狀況

【摘要】:目的探討自發(fā)性高血壓大鼠心臟及腎臟交感神經(jīng)的分布狀況。方法選取6及12周齡的自發(fā)性高血壓大鼠(SHR)和相應(yīng)周齡的同源正常血壓大鼠(WKY),以兒茶酚胺合成限速酶酪氨酸羥化酶(TH)的表達(dá)作為交感神經(jīng)分布的標(biāo)志,采用免疫組織化學(xué)檢測TH,尾套法檢測大鼠血壓及心率。結(jié)果 6及12周齡的SHR血壓及心率高于相應(yīng)周齡的WKY鼠。6及12周齡的SHR心臟及腎臟TH的表達(dá)高于相應(yīng)周齡的WKY鼠。SHR 12周齡時(shí)腎臟TH的表達(dá)高于6周齡,心臟TH的表達(dá)在2個(gè)周齡組差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 SHR心及腎臟交感神經(jīng)纖維分布密度增加,并且隨著高血壓的進(jìn)展,腎臟交感神經(jīng)纖維分布密度有增加的趨勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution of sympathetic nerves in heart and kidney of spontaneously hypertensive rats. Methods the expression of catecholamine synthase tyrosine hydroxylase (th) in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) and homologous normotensive rats (WKY) at 6 and 12 weeks of age was used as a marker of the distribution of sympathetic nerves. The blood pressure and heart rate of rats were detected by immunohistochemical method and tail-sleeve method. Results the expression of th in the heart and kidney of SHR at the age of 6 and 12 weeks was higher than that of the WKY mice at the age of 6 and 12 weeks, and the expression of th in the kidney of the SHR at the age of 12 weeks was higher than that of the rats at the age of 6 weeks. There was no significant difference in the expression of th between the two weeks of age. Conclusion the density of sympathetic nerve fibers in heart and kidney of SHR increased, and the density of sympathetic nerve fibers increased with the development of hypertension.
