新疆維吾爾族、蒙古族原發(fā)性高血壓患者血清親環(huán)素A的表達(dá)及意義研究

【摘要】:目的:比較新疆維吾爾族和蒙古族原發(fā)性高血壓(EH)患者與血壓正常組(NT)血清親環(huán)素A(Cy PA)水平,探討其與血壓、肥胖、血脂、血糖等指標(biāo)的關(guān)系;探討血清親環(huán)素A在兩種不同民族的差異性。方法:(1)以新疆157名維吾爾族人(EH組81人,對照組76人)及160名蒙古族人(EH組83人,對照組77人)為研究對象,檢測血壓、腰圍(WC)、腰臀比(WHR)、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)、血脂、血糖(FPG)等指標(biāo),并采集血樣。(2)用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(ELISA)測定血清親環(huán)素A水平。(3)采用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理,兩組間比較采用兩獨立樣本t檢驗,采用Pearson相關(guān)分析及多元線性逐步回歸分析法分析血清親環(huán)素A與其他指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性,以P0.05為差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)果:(1)維吾爾族EH組與NT組一般資料比較:維吾爾族EH組中的SBP、DBP、WC、WHR、FPG均高于維吾爾族NT組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);維吾爾族EH中的HDL-C低于維吾爾族NT組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);維吾爾EH中的BMI、TC、TG、LDL-C平均水平均高于維吾爾族NT組,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。(2)蒙古族EH組與NT組一般資料比較:蒙古族EH中的SBP、DBP、BMI、WHR、TC、TG、LDL-C均高于蒙古族NT組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);蒙古族EH中的HDL-C低于蒙古族NT組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);蒙古族EH中的WC、FPG均高于蒙古族NT組,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。(3)蒙古族EH組與維吾爾族EH組一般資料比較:蒙古族EH組中的S BP、BMI、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C均高于維吾爾族EH組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);蒙古族EH組中DBP高于維吾爾族EH組,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。蒙古族EH組中的WC、WHR低于維吾爾族EH組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。蒙古族EH組中的FPG低于維吾爾族EH組,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。(4)蒙古族NT組與維吾爾族NT組一般資料比較:蒙古族NT組中的HDL-C、LDL-C、FPG均高于維吾爾族NT組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);蒙古族NT中的SBP、DBP、BMI、TC、TG平均水平高于維吾爾NT,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);蒙古族NT組中的WC、WHR低于維吾爾NT組,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。(5)維吾爾族、蒙古族EH組與各自NT組血清親環(huán)素A水平比較:維吾爾族、蒙古族EH組血清親環(huán)素A水平均高于各自對應(yīng)NT組,有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);蒙古族EH組血清親環(huán)素A水平高于維吾爾族EH組,有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05);蒙古族NT組血清親環(huán)素A水平高于維吾爾族NT組,有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。(6)Pearson相關(guān)分析顯示:在維吾爾族EH組中,血清親環(huán)素A水平與SBP、DBP、WHR呈顯著正相關(guān)(P0.05);在維吾爾族NT組中,血清親環(huán)素A水平與BMI、WHR呈顯著正相關(guān)(P0.05);在蒙古族EH中,血清親環(huán)素A水平與SBP、DBP、BMI、WC、WHR、TC、LDL-C呈顯著正相關(guān)(P0.05);在蒙古族NT組中,血清親環(huán)素A水平與BMI呈明顯正相關(guān)(P0.05);多元線性逐步回歸分析顯示:血壓是影響維吾爾、蒙古族EH血清親環(huán)素A水平的因素。結(jié)論:(1)新疆蒙古族、維吾爾族原發(fā)性高血壓患者血清親環(huán)素A水平均明顯高于其血壓正常組,血清親環(huán)素A水平與血壓有關(guān),提示血清親環(huán)素A參與了高血壓的發(fā)生和發(fā)展。(2)血清親環(huán)素A水平在新疆蒙古族原發(fā)性高血壓患者明顯高于維吾爾族高血壓患者,提示血清親環(huán)素A在新疆維吾爾族、蒙古族高血壓患者中的水平分布存在民族差異性。
[Abstract]:Objective: To compare the levels of serum proactive cyclophilin A (Cy PA) in Xinjiang Uygur and Mongolian hypertension (EH) patients and normal blood pressure group (NT), to explore the relationship with blood pressure, obesity, blood lipid and blood glucose, and to explore the difference of serum Pro cyclin A in two different nationalities. Methods: (1) 157 Uygur people in Xinjiang (group EH, 81, control 7) 6 people and 160 Mongolian people (group EH 83, control group 77) were studied. Blood pressure, waist circumference (WC), waist to hip ratio (WHR), body mass index (BMI), blood lipid, blood glucose (FPG) and other indexes, and blood samples were collected. The results were as follows: (1) the general data of Uygur EH group and NT group: SBP, DBP, WC, WHR in the EH group of the Uygur nationality, which were higher than those of Uygur. (2) the Mongolian minority group was compared with the general data of the group. C, TG, LDL-C were higher than the Mongolian group NT group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the HDL-C in the Mongolian EH was lower than that of the Mongolian NT group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the WC in the Mongolian EH was higher than that of the Mongolian group. (3) the general data of the Mongolian group and the Uygur group were compared. P, BMI, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C were higher than the Uygur EH group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and the DBP of the Mongolian EH group was higher than the Uygur EH group, the difference was less than that of the Uygur group. (4) the general data of the Mongolian NT group and the Uygur NT group: the HDL-C, LDL-C and FPG in the Mongolian group NT group are higher than the Uygur NT group, and the difference is statistically significant (P0.05); the average level of the Mongolian NT is higher than that of the Uygur group, and the difference is not statistically significant. (5) Uygur, Mongolian EH group and their respective NT group serum cyclophilin A level: Uygur, Mongolian EH group serum cyclophilin A level is higher than the corresponding NT group, there is statistical significance (P0.05); Mongolian EH group serum cyclophilin A level is higher than the Uygur EH group, there is a statistical difference. The level of serum Pro cyclin A in Mongolian NT group was higher than that of Uygur group NT group (P0.05). (6) Pearson correlation analysis showed that in Uygur EH group, serum cyclin A level was significantly positively correlated with SBP, DBP, WHR (P0.05); in Uygur minority group, serum cyclophilin level was significantly positive correlation. In Mongolian EH, serum levels of cyclophilin A were significantly positively correlated with SBP, DBP, BMI, WC, WHR, TC, and LDL-C (P0.05). In the Mongolian NT group, the level of serum cyclophilin A levels was positively correlated. The multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis showed that blood pressure was the factor affecting the level of serum cyclophilin in the Mongolian nationality. (1) Xinjiang Mongolian, The level of serum Pro cyclin A in Uygur patients with essential hypertension was significantly higher than that of normal blood pressure group. Serum cyclin A level was related to blood pressure, suggesting that serum cyclophilin A was involved in the occurrence and development of hypertension. (2) serum cyclin A level in Xinjiang Mongolian patients with primary hyperblood pressure was significantly higher than Uygur hypertensive patients, The level of serum cyclophilin A in Xinjiang Uygur and Mongolian hypertensive patients is different.
