原發(fā)性高血壓患者晨峰血壓與血尿酸的相關性

【摘要】:目的探討原發(fā)性高血壓(EH)患者晨峰血壓(MBPS)與血尿酸(UA)的關系。方法入選2014年11月至2015年12月住院的EH患者為研究組(n=195),另入選同期健康體檢者為正常對照組(n=88)。對研究組行24 h動態(tài)血壓監(jiān)測,根據(jù)監(jiān)測結果將研究組分為晨峰組(n=93)、非晨峰組(n=102);禁食12 h后于動態(tài)血壓監(jiān)測當天早晨行UA、空腹血糖(FPG)、膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDLC)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)、尿素氮、肌酐(SCr)檢測,并記錄臨床數(shù)據(jù)。結果研究組UA高于正常對照組,晨峰組高于非晨峰組(P0.05)。相關分析提示MBPS與UA呈正相關(r=0.384,P0.01)。多元線性回歸分析顯示UA水平與MBPS呈獨立正相關(B=0.05,P0.01)。結論 UA與高血壓密切相關,并且與MBPS呈正相關,是晨峰血壓的一個獨立影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between morning peak blood pressure (MBPSs) and serum uric acid (UAA) in patients with essential hypertension (EH). Methods EH patients in the study group from November 2014 to December 2015 were enrolled in the study group. 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was performed in the study group. According to the monitoring results, the study group was divided into morning peak group (n = 93), non-morning peak group (n = 102), fasting for 12 h, UAA, fasting for 12 hours, fasting blood pressure monitoring, fasting blood glucose, FPG, TC, TG, HDLC, LDL-C, urea nitrogen. Creatinine was detected and clinical data were recorded. Results the UA in the study group was higher than that in the normal control group, and the morning peak group was higher than that in the non morning peak group (P 0.05). The correlation analysis indicated that MBPS and UA were positively correlated with 0.384 (P 0.01). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was an independent positive correlation between UA level and MBPS. Conclusion UA is closely related to hypertension and positively correlated with MBPS, which is an independent factor of morning peak blood pressure.
