【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)評價血府逐瘀湯輔助治療不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的療效,為臨床提供循證參考。方法:計算機檢索Pub Med、EMBase、Cochrane圖書館、相關期刊論文(CJFD)、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫、中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(VIP)、中國生物醫(yī)學文獻數(shù)據(jù)庫(CBM),收集血府逐瘀湯聯(lián)合常規(guī)方案(試驗組)對比單純常規(guī)方案(對照組)治療不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的隨機對照試驗(RCT),提取RCT資料并按照Cochrane系統(tǒng)評價員手冊5.1.0評價質(zhì)量后,采用Rev Man 5.2統(tǒng)計軟件進行Meta分析。結(jié)果:共納入12項RCT,合計1 252例患者。Meta分析結(jié)果表明,試驗組患者總有效率[OR=3.56,95%CI(2.49,5.10),P0.001]、血清高密度脂蛋白水平[WMD=0.25,95%CI(0.05,0.45),P=0.01]和心電圖改善率[OR=2.76,95%CI(1.97,3.87),P0.001]均顯著高于對照組,血清總膽固醇[WMD=-1.14,95%CI(-1.46,-0.82),P0.001]、三酰甘油[WMD=-0.53,95%CI(-0.84,-0.22),P0.001]和C反應蛋白水平[WMD=-0.91,95%CI(-1.14,-0.69),P0.001]均顯著低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)論:血府逐瘀湯輔助治療不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛療效較好,可顯著改善患者血脂和炎癥因子水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods: a computer-based search of Pub Medsite EMBaseen Cochrane Library, full text Database of Chinese Journals (CJFDN) and Wanfang Database was conducted. The Chinese scientific and technological journal database and the Chinese biomedical literature database (CBM) were collected to collect Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with routine regimen (test group) for the randomized controlled trial of treating unstable angina pectoris compared with the control group. After extracting RCT data and evaluating the quality according to Cochrane systematic evaluator manual 5.1.0, Meta-analysis was carried out by using Rev Man 5.2 statistical software. Results: a total of 12 RCTs were included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate of the patients in the trial group was significantly higher than that in the control group [OR3.5695 CIQ 2.49 / 5.10 / P0.001], serum high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) level [WMD-0.25 ~ 95CIT 0.050.45P0.01] and the improvement rate of ECG [OR2.795CII 1.97-3.87p0.001], all of which were significantly higher than those in the control group. Serum total cholesterol [WMD-1.1495], triacylglycerol (WMD-0.53CI-0.22P0.001) and C-reactive protein (WMD-0.91C95CI-1.14-0.69P0.001) were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.001). Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is effective in treating unstable angina pectoris and can improve the level of blood lipids and inflammatory factors.
