雙源CT在單心室診斷和分型中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的探討雙源CT對(duì)單心室(SV)診斷、分型的價(jià)值。方法回顧性分析10例經(jīng)雙源CT診斷并經(jīng)手術(shù)、超聲等方法證實(shí)為SV的病例資料。通過節(jié)段分析法分析內(nèi)臟-心房關(guān)系、心房-心室連接、心室-大血管連接等內(nèi)容,對(duì)SV進(jìn)行分型并確定解剖畸形。結(jié)果 10例SV均經(jīng)雙源CT正確診斷,超聲診斷正確9例。雙源CT對(duì)10例SV按心室形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)分型分為A型8例、B型1例、D型1例,按主動(dòng)脈與肺動(dòng)脈位置關(guān)系分型分為Ⅰ型1例、Ⅱ型4例、Ⅲ型5例。雙源CT確診合并其他解剖畸形共19種55處。6例接受手術(shù)治療的病例與雙源CT結(jié)果對(duì)比漏診永存動(dòng)脈干、下腔靜脈肝段缺如、房間隔缺損、動(dòng)脈導(dǎo)管未閉各1例,誤診房間隔缺損1例。結(jié)論雙源CT對(duì)SV診斷及分型具有重要意義,對(duì)外科手術(shù)具有重要指導(dǎo)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of dual-source CT in the diagnosis and classification of SVV. Methods the data of 10 cases of SV diagnosed by double source CT and confirmed by ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed. Through segmental analysis of viscera atrial relation atrial ventricular connection and ventricular great vascular connection SV was classified and anatomic malformation was identified. Results all 10 cases of SV were correctly diagnosed by dual source CT and 9 cases were diagnosed correctly by ultrasound.
