【摘要】：目的探討阿托伐他汀聯(lián)合曲美他嗪對(duì)老年冠心病左心功能不全患者心功能、炎性因子和血管內(nèi)皮功能的影響。方法選取148例老年冠心病左心功能不全患者分為對(duì)照組及治療組,對(duì)照組采用曲美他嗪治療,治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合采用阿托伐他汀治療,比較兩組左心室射血分?jǐn)?shù)(LVEF)、左心室舒張末期內(nèi)徑(LVEDD)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPWd)、紐約心臟病協(xié)會(huì)(NYHA)心功能分級(jí)、炎性因子和內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞功能。結(jié)果治療后兩組LVEF均顯著升高,LVEDD和LVPWd顯著降低(P0.05)。治療組炎性因子的降低程度明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),治療組內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞功能改善情況明顯好于對(duì)照組(P0.05),在NYHA心功能分級(jí)方面,治療組Ⅰ+Ⅱ級(jí)患者比例明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論老年冠心病左心功能不全患者采用阿托伐他汀聯(lián)合曲美他嗪可降低炎性因子水平改善心功能及血管內(nèi)皮功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of Atto vastatin combined with trimetazidine on left ventricular function, inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial function in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 148 elderly patients with left ventricular dysfunction were divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with trimetazidine, and the treatment group was treated with Atto vastatin on the basis of control group. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDDD), left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVPWD), NYHA (New York Heart Association) were compared between the two groups. Results after treatment, LVEF significantly increased and LVPWd decreased significantly in both groups (P 0.05). The decrease of inflammatory factors in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the improvement of endothelial cell function in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P 0.05).
