【摘要】：目的探討烏魯木齊市新市區(qū)杭州路社區(qū)老年2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者發(fā)病現(xiàn)狀及相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素分析。方法自制調(diào)查問(wèn)卷調(diào)查2016年1~12月烏魯木齊市新市區(qū)杭州路社區(qū)200例老年2型糖尿病患者冠心病患病情況,根據(jù)是否合并冠心病,應(yīng)用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將200例患者分為研究組58例(合并冠心病)和對(duì)照組142例(未合并冠心病),采用單因素和多因素Logistic回歸分析老年2型糖尿病患者合并冠心病的危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)果女性患者的冠心病患病率高于男性(P0.05)。糖尿病病程超過(guò)10年的患者冠心病患病率明顯高于病程≤10年者(P0.05)。單因素分析結(jié)果顯示年齡、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)、有無(wú)2型糖尿病家族史、是否吸煙、飲酒、伴有糖尿病并發(fā)癥、高血壓、血脂異常均與該社區(qū)老年糖尿病患者合并發(fā)生冠心病有關(guān)(P0.05)。Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,吸煙、BMI≥24 kg/m~2、伴有糖尿病并發(fā)癥、高血壓、血脂異常是老年糖尿病患者合并發(fā)生冠心病的危險(xiǎn)因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論烏魯木齊市新市區(qū)杭州路社區(qū)老年2型糖尿病患者的冠心病患病率較高,有明顯的性別差異。吸煙、BMI≥24 kg/m~2、伴有糖尿病并發(fā)癥、高血壓、血脂異常是老年糖尿病患者合并發(fā)生冠心病的危險(xiǎn)因素,根據(jù)相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素及時(shí)制定干預(yù)措施,是降低該社區(qū)老年糖尿病患者冠心病患病率的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and risk factors of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease (CHD) in Hangzhou Road Community in Urumqi City. Methods A self-made questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the prevalence of coronary heart disease in 200 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Hangzhou Road Community of Urumqi City from January to December 2016. Two hundred patients were randomly divided into study group (n = 58) and control group (n = 142). Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of coronary heart disease (CHD) in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results the prevalence of coronary heart disease in female patients was higher than that in male patients (P 0.05). The prevalence of coronary heart disease in patients with diabetes over 10 years was significantly higher than that in patients with less than 10 years duration of diabetes (P 0.05). Univariate analysis showed that age, body mass index (BMI), family history of type 2 diabetes, smoking, drinking, diabetes complications, hypertension, The results of logistic regression analysis showed that the BMI of smoking was more than 24 kg / m ~ (2), accompanied by diabetic complications and hypertension. Dyslipidemia is a risk factor of coronary heart disease in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Conclusion the prevalence of coronary heart disease in the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Hangzhou Road Community of Urumqi City is higher and there is obvious gender difference.
