CYP4F2基因多態(tài)性與冠心病的相關(guān)性

【摘要】:目的研究CYP4F2基因多態(tài)性與冠心病(CAD)的相關(guān)性。方法對285例漢族CAD患者(冠心病組)和264例非CAD患者(對照組)進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,采用高溫連接酶檢測反應(yīng)技術(shù)進(jìn)行基因擴(kuò)增和基因分型,分析CYP4F2基因的2個(gè)單核苷酸多態(tài)性位點(diǎn)rs1558139和rs2108622多態(tài)性與CAD的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 CAD組吸煙史和體重指數(shù)(BMI)均顯著高于對照組(P0.05),高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)CAD組顯著低于對照組(P=0.000),CAD組男性患者比例明顯高于女性(P=0.001);CAD組CYP4F2基因rs1558139的基因型頻率和等位基因頻率與對照組無顯著差異(P0.05),rs2108622的CC基因型頻率在CAD組和對照組間差異顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論 CAD患者的危險(xiǎn)因素是男性、有吸煙史、高BMI;CYP4F2基因rs1558139多態(tài)性與CAD無明顯相關(guān)性,CYP4F2基因rs2108622多態(tài)性與CAD相關(guān),攜帶CC基因型的患者發(fā)生CAD的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增加。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the association between CYP4F2 gene polymorphism and coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods A total of 285 CAD patients (coronary heart disease group) and 264 non-CAD patients (control group) in Han nationality were investigated by questionnaire. The gene amplification and genotyping were performed by high temperature ligase assay. The relationship between rs1558139 and rs2108622 polymorphism and CAD in two single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) of CYP4F2 gene was analyzed. Results the smoking history and body mass index (BMI) in CAD group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 0.05), and the proportion of male patients with HDL-CU CAD group was significantly lower than that in control group P0. 000 CYP4F2 gene rs1558139 genotype frequency and allele were significantly higher in CAD group than in female group. There was no significant difference in CC genotype frequency between CAD group and control group. Conclusion the risk factors of CAD patients are male, smoking history. There is no significant correlation between the rs1558139 polymorphism of CYP4F2 gene and CAD in patients with CAD. The rs2108622 polymorphism of CYP4F2 gene is associated with CAD, and the risk of CAD in patients with CC genotype is increased.
