【摘要】：目的:探討益氣養(yǎng)陰活血方加減對老年充血性心力衰竭患者血清腦鈉肽、內(nèi)皮素及降鈣素原水平影響。方法:選擇在醫(yī)院循環(huán)科確診的64例老年充血性心力衰竭患者進(jìn)行隨機(jī)分組對照研究,對照組32例患者予常規(guī)基礎(chǔ)治療,實(shí)驗(yàn)組33例患者在此基礎(chǔ)上予益氣養(yǎng)陰活血方治療,總療程為30 d。通過比較治療前后患者的血清腦鈉肽、內(nèi)皮素及降鈣素水平的變化以及治療后TESS評分來探究益氣養(yǎng)陰活血方對三種指標(biāo)的影響及其安全性。結(jié)果:治療前,兩組患者血清腦鈉肽、內(nèi)皮素及降鈣素水平比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后,兩組患者血清血清腦鈉肽、內(nèi)皮素及降鈣素原水平均明顯降低(P0.05),與對照組相比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者血清血清腦鈉肽、內(nèi)皮素及降鈣素原水平較低(P0.05)。在治療第15、30天時兩組TESS評分均無明顯差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:益氣養(yǎng)陰活血方加減能降低老年充血性心力衰竭患者血清腦鈉肽、內(nèi)皮素及降鈣素原水平,促進(jìn)患者的恢復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of supplementing qi and nourishing yin and activating blood circulation prescription on serum brain natriuretic peptide, endothelin and procalcitonin in elderly patients with congestive heart failure. Methods: Sixty-four elderly patients with congestive heart failure diagnosed in circulatory department in hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n = 32) received routine basic treatment, and the experimental group (n = 33) were treated with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue recipe. The total course of treatment was 30 days. By comparing the changes of serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), endothelin (et) and calcitonin (calcitonin) in patients before and after treatment and the TESS score after treatment, the effect and safety of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue recipe on the three indexes were explored. Results: before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of brain natriuretic peptide, endothelin and calcitonin between the two groups, but after treatment, the levels of brain natriuretic peptide, endothelin and calcitonin in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group. The serum levels of brain natriuretic peptide, endothelin and procalcitonin in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in TESS scores between the two groups on day 1530 after treatment (P 0.05). Conclusion: the addition and subtraction of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue recipe can reduce the serum levels of brain natriuretic peptide endothelin and procalcitonin in elderly patients with congestive heart failure and promote the recovery of the patients.
