【摘要】：正體位性低血壓研究主要集中于立位低血壓,對于坐位低血壓的研究較少。實(shí)際上,血壓的體位變化應(yīng)涉及臥位-坐位和坐位-立位之間的血壓差異。雖然在臨床工作中坐位低血壓并不少見,但沒有得到足夠的關(guān)注。1坐位血壓與臥位血壓通常認(rèn)為臥位血壓與坐位血壓相似~([1])。但目前有關(guān)臥位血壓與坐位血壓差異的研究不多,尤其缺乏大規(guī)模的流行病學(xué)調(diào)查,一些小型研究報道的結(jié)果也不
[Abstract]:Orthostatic hypotension is mainly focused on orthostatic hypotension, but less on sitting hypotension. In fact, changes in blood pressure should involve differences in blood pressure between lying-sitting and sitting-standing positions. Although sitting hypotension is not uncommon in clinical work, it has not received enough attention. 1 sitting position blood pressure and lying position blood pressure are generally considered to be similar to sitting position blood pressure ([1]). However, there are few studies on the difference between lying position blood pressure and sitting position blood pressure, especially in the absence of large-scale epidemiological investigation, and the results reported in some small studies are also not enough.
