【摘要】：目的探討累積甘油三酯暴露(cumTG)與臂踝脈搏波傳導(dǎo)速度(BaPWV)的關(guān)系。方法選擇開灤研究人群中卒中隊(duì)列、老年人群隊(duì)列和妊娠高血壓隊(duì)列23499例組成觀察人群,最終納入研究隊(duì)列的為14662例。根據(jù)cumTG將研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行四分位分組。采用偏相關(guān)分析cumTG與BaPWV的相關(guān)性,多因素線性回歸和多因素Logistic回歸分析cumTG對(duì)BaPWV的影響。結(jié)果隨著cumTG的增加,平均BaPWV水平和BaPWV≥1400 cm/s的檢出率均呈上升趨勢(shì)。偏相關(guān)分析結(jié)果表明,cumTG與BaPWV呈正相關(guān)(r=0.512,P0.05);校正了年齡、性別后cumTG與BaPWV仍呈正相關(guān)(r=0.322,P0.05)。多因素線性回歸分析顯示,cumTG每增加1 mmol/L·year,BaPWV增加4.507 cm/s。Logistic回歸分析表明,校正了其他混雜因素后,與cumTG第一分位組相比,cumTG第二分位組、第三分位組、第四分位組均是BaPWV≥1400 cm/s的危險(xiǎn)因素,OR值(95%CI)分別為1.667(1.505~1.845)、2.384(2.111~2.691)、3.287(2.887~3.741)。結(jié)論 cumTG與BaPWV呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系。cumTG是脈搏波傳導(dǎo)速度增加的危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between cumulative triglyceride exposure and brachial pulse wave velocity (BAPWV). Methods 23499 cases of stroke cohort, elderly population and pregnancy hypertension cohort were selected from Kailuan study population, and 14662 cases were included in the study cohort. The subjects were divided into quartile groups according to cumTG. The correlation between cumTG and BaPWV was analyzed by partial correlation, and the influence of cumTG on BaPWV was analyzed by multivariate linear regression and multivariate Logistic regression analysis.
