【摘要】：目的:探討幽門(mén)螺桿菌(Helicobacter pylori)感染與冠心病的相關(guān)性。方法:檢索相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對(duì)符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行資料提取,用Revman5.3軟件進(jìn)行meta分析,計(jì)算合并效應(yīng)量OR值及對(duì)應(yīng)的95%可信區(qū)間(95%CI),再繪制漏斗圖評(píng)價(jià)發(fā)表性偏倚。結(jié)果:共納入12篇文獻(xiàn),病例組和對(duì)照組共19935例。幽門(mén)螺桿菌感染與冠心病關(guān)系的合并OR值為1.24,95%CI:1.12-1.38,I~2=7%。按照隨訪時(shí)間不同,分為隨訪時(shí)間5年(OR=1.12,95%CI:0.93-1.35,I~2=0%)和隨訪時(shí)間≥5年(OR=1.23,95%CI:1.09-1.39,I2=48%),表明長(zhǎng)期慢性感染幽門(mén)螺桿菌與冠心病有相關(guān)性,且幽門(mén)螺桿菌感染是冠心病的危險(xiǎn)因素,倒漏斗圖示基本對(duì)稱。按研究人群不同,分為高危人群(OR=1.18,95%CI:1.04-1.34,I~2=0%)和一般人群(OR=1.44,95%CI:1.21-1.73,I~2=0%),表明幽門(mén)螺桿菌感染對(duì)冠心病的結(jié)局有影響。有3篇文獻(xiàn)檢測(cè)CagA+,其合并OR值為OR=0.94,95%CI:0.76-1.52,I~2=0%,表明CagA+與冠心病沒(méi)有相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:幽門(mén)螺桿菌感染與冠心病有相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the correlation between Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection and coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: the relevant literature was retrieved, and the data of the literature that met the inclusion criteria were extracted. The meta analysis was carried out with Revman5.3 software. The OR value of the combined effect and the 95% confidence interval (95% CI) were calculated, and then the funnel graph was drawn to evaluate the published bias. Results: totally 12 articles were included, 19935 cases in case group and control group. The combined OR value of the relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and coronary heart disease was 1.24 + 95% CI: 1.12-1.38% I ~ 2 / 7. According to the time of follow up, it was divided into 5 years' follow up time: 1. 12 ~ 95% CI: 0.93-1. 35% I ~ (2 +) and 5 years' follow-up time 鈮，
