【摘要】：由于社會(huì)變遷的影響,不同年代和地域出生的人群可能存在健康差異,包括作為健康重要測(cè)量指標(biāo)的血壓水平的差異。本研究基于中國(guó)健康與營(yíng)養(yǎng)調(diào)查1991-2011年跟蹤數(shù)據(jù),以1931-1980年間出生人口為研究對(duì)象,分別以收縮壓和舒張壓水平為測(cè)量指標(biāo),通過(guò)分層增長(zhǎng)曲線模型進(jìn)行分析。研究結(jié)果顯示:(1)總體上,按樣本平均年齡標(biāo)準(zhǔn)估計(jì),年輕出生隊(duì)列人群的血壓水平高于年長(zhǎng)出生隊(duì)列人群,但在北方女性中,收縮壓的估計(jì)值隨出生隊(duì)列變更呈倒"U型"分布;(2)血壓水平隨年齡增長(zhǎng)而上升,但年長(zhǎng)出生隊(duì)列人群的血壓年齡增長(zhǎng)率估計(jì)值高于年輕出生隊(duì)列人群;(3)總體上,年輕出生隊(duì)列中的南北方人群平均年齡標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)的血壓估計(jì)值差異小于年長(zhǎng)出生隊(duì)列中的,只在男性舒張壓方面發(fā)現(xiàn)年輕出生隊(duì)列中的南北方人群血壓估計(jì)值差異大于年長(zhǎng)出生隊(duì)列中的。相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)流行病學(xué)研究,本研究結(jié)果有助于揭示我國(guó)人口心血管健康隨出生隊(duì)列推移的內(nèi)在變動(dòng)趨勢(shì),為我國(guó)不同地域人群的高血壓等心血管疾病的防治提供實(shí)證參考。
[Abstract]:Due to the influence of social changes, there may be health differences among people born in different ages and regions, including the difference of blood pressure as an important measure of health. Based on the data of China Health and Nutrition Survey from 1991 to 2011, this study analyzed the systolic and diastolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) by stratified growth curve model. The results showed that, on the whole, blood pressure was higher in young birth cohorts than in older birth cohorts, according to the average age of the sample, but in northern women, The estimated systolic blood pressure (SBP) was inversely "U-shaped" with the change of birth cohort. (2) the blood pressure level increased with age, but the estimated age growth rate of blood pressure in older birth cohorts was higher than that in young birth cohorts. The difference in blood pressure estimates between the North and the South in the young birth cohort was lower than that in the older birth cohort. Only in male diastolic blood pressure (DBP) was found that the estimated difference of blood pressure in the young birth cohort was higher than that in the older birth cohort. Compared with the traditional epidemiological studies, the results of this study are helpful to reveal the trend of cardiovascular health changes with birth cohort, and to provide an empirical reference for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension in different regions of China.
