【摘要】：目的探討米力農(nóng)聯(lián)合重組人腦利鈉肽對冠心病室性期前收縮患者治療效率、心功能及不良心血管事件發(fā)生的影響。方法選取冠心病室性期前收縮患者80例,依據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法分為米力農(nóng)組和米力農(nóng)聯(lián)合重組人腦利鈉肽治療組(聯(lián)合治療組)各40例,比較兩組治療效率、心功能及不良心血管事件發(fā)生率。結(jié)果聯(lián)合治療組血清N末端-腦利鈉肽前體(NT-proBNP)水平顯著低于米力農(nóng)組,收縮末內(nèi)徑、舒張末內(nèi)徑顯著小于米力農(nóng)組,治療效率顯著高于米力農(nóng)組,不良心血管事件發(fā)生率顯著低于米力農(nóng)組(均P0.05)。結(jié)論米力農(nóng)聯(lián)合重組人腦利鈉肽能夠有效提高冠心病室性期前收縮患者的治療效率,改善患者的心功能,降低患者的不良心血管事件發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of milrinone combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide on the treatment efficiency, cardiac function and adverse cardiovascular events in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups: milrinone group and milrinone combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide group (combined treatment group). Cardiac function and incidence of adverse cardiovascular events. Results the level of NT-proBNPs in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that in the milrinone group, and the end systolic and diastolic diameter were significantly lower than those in the milrinone group, and the therapeutic efficiency was significantly higher than that in the milrinone group. The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events was significantly lower in milrinone group than that in milrinone group (all P 0.05). Conclusion milrinone combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of patients with coronary heart disease, improve the heart function and reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events.
