【摘要】：目的探討大劑量地塞米松對免疫性血小板減少癥(ITP)患者CD4~+CD25~+調(diào)節(jié)性T淋巴細胞水平的影響,并與常規(guī)劑量地塞米松進行比較。方法選擇22例大劑量地塞米松治療的ITP患者作為觀察組,23例常規(guī)劑量地塞米松治療的ITP患者為對照組,用流式細胞儀檢測外周血CD4~+CD25~+調(diào)節(jié)性T淋巴細胞數(shù)量。結(jié)果兩組患者治療前、治療后第14天復(fù)查血常規(guī),評價治療效果,觀察組的有效率明顯高于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組患者治療前、治療后第14天復(fù)查CD4~+CD25~+調(diào)節(jié)性T淋巴細胞數(shù)量較治療前均有升高,但觀察組上升幅度明顯大于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論大劑量地塞米松對ITP患者療效迅速,起效快,對外周血CD4~+CD25~+調(diào)節(jié)性T淋巴細胞的影響明顯大于常規(guī)劑量地塞米松。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of high dose dexamethasone on CD4 ~ CD25 ~ regulatory T lymphocyte level in patients with immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) and to compare it with conventional dose dexamethasone. Methods 22 patients with ITP treated with high dose of dexamethasone were selected as the control group and 23 patients with ITP treated with conventional dexamethasone as control group. The number of CD4 ~ CD25 ~ regulatory T lymphocytes in peripheral blood was detected by flow cytometry. Results before treatment and 14 days after treatment, the blood routine examination and evaluation of the therapeutic effect showed that the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Before treatment and 14 days after treatment, the number of CD4 ~ CD25 ~ regulatory T lymphocytes in the two groups was higher than that before treatment, but the increase in the observation group was significantly larger than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the effect of high dose dexamethasone on peripheral blood CD4 ~ CD25 ~ regulatory T lymphocytes is rapid and effective in patients with ITP.
