【摘要】：在過(guò)去的40年經(jīng)皮冠狀動(dòng)脈介入治療(PCI)策略在不斷進(jìn)展,新一代藥物洗脫支架(DES)明顯降低了支架內(nèi)再狹窄,提高了臨床療效。但金屬的永久存留、再狹窄、血栓和對(duì)患者心理上的影響,限制了其在部分病情復(fù)雜患者中的應(yīng)用。生物可降解支架(BRS)是支架技術(shù)的一大進(jìn)步,可以完全吸收恢復(fù)血管自身彈性、應(yīng)變力、生理剪切力,是冠心病介入治療領(lǐng)域的第四次革命,有可能解決上述問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:In the past 40 years, the strategy of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) has been developing, and the new generation of drug-eluting stents (DESs) have significantly reduced restenosis and improved the clinical efficacy. But permanent retention of metals, restenosis, thrombosis, and psychological effects on patients limit their use in some complex patients. Biodegradable scaffold (BRS) is a great progress in stent technology, which can completely absorb and restore vascular elasticity, strain and physiological shear force. It is the fourth revolution in the field of coronary intervention therapy, which may solve the above problems.
