【摘要】：急性失代償性心力衰竭發(fā)病率高、預(yù)后差,托伐普坦可以緩解急性失代償性心力衰竭的充血癥狀,并且不導(dǎo)致腎功能惡化及低鈉血癥。本文主要對托伐普坦用于急性心力衰竭領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀做一綜述。
[Abstract]:The incidence of acute decompensated heart failure is high and the prognosis is poor. Tovaptan can relieve the congestive symptoms of acute decompensated heart failure and does not lead to the deterioration of renal function and hyponatremia. This article reviews the current research status of torvalptan in the field of acute heart failure.
