【摘要】：目的探討冰凍血小板用于危重血液病患者的臨床效果,為其臨床應(yīng)用提供參考。方法選擇危重血液病患者107例,根據(jù)輸注血小板不同分為輸注冰凍30天血小板者53例(冰凍血小板組,輸注冰凍血小板60例次)、輸注新鮮血小板者54例(新鮮血小板組,輸注新鮮血小板66例次)。兩組輸注血小板前及輸注24 h進(jìn)行血小板計(jì)數(shù),計(jì)算24 h血小板計(jì)數(shù)增加校正指數(shù)(CCI),并評(píng)價(jià)輸注效果。結(jié)果冰凍血小板組和新鮮血小板組24 h CCI分別為(11.90±7.33)×10~9/L、(10.40±6.14)×10~9/L,輸注有效率分別為76.7%(46/60)和78.8%(52/66),兩組比較P均0.05。結(jié)論危重血液病患者24 h內(nèi)輸注冰凍血小板與輸注新鮮血小板臨床效果相當(dāng),均能達(dá)到搶救止血的目的。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of frozen platelets in patients with critical hematologic diseases and to provide reference for its clinical application.Methods 107 patients with critical hematological diseases were selected and divided into three groups according to platelet transfusion: 53 patients were infused with frozen platelet for 30 days (frozen platelet group, 60 patients received frozen platelet transfusion, 54 patients received fresh platelet transfusion (fresh platelet group).Fresh platelets were infused in 66 cases.The platelet count was calculated before and 24 hours after platelet transfusion in both groups. The increase correction index (CCI) of platelet count was calculated at 24 h and the effect of infusion was evaluated.Results the 24 h CCI of frozen platelet group and fresh platelet group were 11.90 鹵7.33 脳 10 ~ (9) / L ~ (10.40 鹵6.14) 脳 10 ~ (9 / L) 脳 10 ~ (9) / L, respectively. The effective rates of infusion were 76.7% 46 / 60) and 78.8% ~ 52% / 66 ~ (-1), respectively (P < 0.05).Conclusion the clinical effect of transfusion of frozen platelets and fresh platelets in critically ill patients within 24 hours is the same as that of fresh platelets, which can achieve the purpose of saving and hemostasis.
