【摘要】：目的探討老年慢性心力衰竭(心衰)患者睡眠障礙的影響因素。方法對(duì)2013年5~12月方便抽取的住院80例老年慢性心衰患者進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,發(fā)放92份,回收有效問(wèn)卷80份。調(diào)查問(wèn)卷包括一般人口學(xué)資料、疾病相關(guān)資料、匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)量表(PSQI)與社會(huì)支持量表。結(jié)果老年慢性心衰患者PSQI總分平均得分(14.84±2.518)分,社會(huì)支持總分平均分(29.46±5.004)分。單因素分析和回歸分析顯示婚姻、年齡、心功能級(jí)別(NYHA)、并發(fā)癥數(shù)量與社會(huì)支持(主觀支持)為PSQI總分的影響因素(F=8.374,R~2=0.298,P0.01)。在其他變量被控制的前提下,仍顯示社會(huì)支持量表中主觀支持維度可增加回歸模型對(duì)睡眠總分的預(yù)測(cè)力(ΔR~2=0.079,△F=7.827)。結(jié)論老年慢性心衰患者的睡眠障礙應(yīng)給予更多的關(guān)注,尤其是單身、心功能分級(jí)高與并發(fā)癥數(shù)量多的老年患者,同時(shí)加強(qiáng)社會(huì)支持,疏導(dǎo)患者不良心理情緒,提高其睡眠質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the influencing factors of sleep disorder in elderly patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods from May to December 2013, 80 elderly patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) were investigated by questionnaires. 92 questionnaires were distributed and 80 valid questionnaires were collected.The questionnaire included general demographics, disease-related data, Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index (PSQI) and Social support scale (SSS).Results the average score of PSQI and social support were 14.84 鹵2.518 and 29.46 鹵5.004 respectively.Univariate analysis and regression analysis showed that marriage, age, cardiac function grade and the number of complications and social support (subjective support) were the influencing factors of total score of PSQI.On the premise that other variables were controlled, the subjective support dimension in the social support scale could increase the predictive power of the regression model to the total score of sleep (螖 RV 2 0. 079, F = 7. 827).Conclusion the elderly patients with chronic heart failure should pay more attention to their sleep disorders, especially the elderly patients who are single, have high cardiac function grade and have more complications. At the same time, they should strengthen social support, channel the bad psychological mood of the patients and improve their sleep quality.
