同入路導絲導管輔助技術(shù)處理貼壁腔靜脈濾器21例報道

【摘要】:目的回顧性分析采用原入路導管導絲技術(shù),對于傾斜貼壁腔靜脈濾器回收困難的手術(shù)技巧。方法2012年1月至2016年12月共處理傾斜貼壁導致回收困難濾器共21例,采用同側(cè)入路泥鰍導絲與豬尾導管輔助技術(shù),將濾器適當移動,解除貼壁,并將濾器回收。術(shù)后予復查及隨訪。結(jié)果所有21枚濾器均完整順利取出。平均回收時間53.3 min。所有患者均無明顯并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。隨訪期間未發(fā)現(xiàn)腔靜脈損傷或血栓形成。結(jié)論采用導絲、導管,與原有抓捕器配合,將濾器整體適度回拖,能有效地解除濾器偏斜,提高因回收鉤貼壁取出困難濾器的回收率。
[Abstract]:Objective to retrospectively analyze the surgical techniques for the recovery of inclined adherent vena cava filter by using the original catheter guide wire technique.Methods from January 2012 to December 2016, a total of 21 cases of difficult recovery filters caused by inclined attachment were treated. The auxiliary technique of homolateral approach was used to guide Loach and pig tail catheter. The filter was moved properly, the adherent was released and the filter was recovered.Postoperative follow-up and follow-up.Results all 21 filters were removed successfully.The average recovery time was 53.3 min.No significant complications occurred in all patients.No vena cava injury or thrombosis was found during follow-up.Conclusion the deviation of the filter can be effectively relieved and the recovery rate of the filter which is difficult to take out because of the recovery hook sticking can be effectively relieved by using the guide wire, the catheter and the original gripper, and the filter can be properly towed back as a whole.
